This Winter Holiday :)

Its just one of the rare moments of the year where I can finally and peacefully sit at home all alone to relax and do whatever I like..guess its been a while since I have such a moment to myself..at least happily and with no worries..

And so..after 3.5 years..I have finally completed my Bachelor of Commerce in Melbourne Uni..finger crossed that everything went smoothly in the exams..and now I kinda feel old when I look at the juniors at uni..oh well..this is life..next sem I will be a full time law student..sounds impressive..but after being a mediocre student for law all these while, i guess its time for me to do something with my law studies and to at least improve on my exam performances..after all studying law is my dream and I cant just ruined it with my not-so-good results..

This winter has been good except for the exceptionally cold weather these few days..and Josh and I actually went on a trip together to Brisbane and Gold Coast this holiday..apart from being our first holiday together, this was also my first time being so brave after turning 21 to try on all the thrill rides in Dreamworld...haha...never knew i would survive after all of the thrill rides....imagining urself taking a big plunge from the height of 39 floors or being spinned around 360 degrees! But thankfully, the weather in GC was great and we manage to have a great time enjoying the sunshine at Surfers Paradise....hmm...guess more fun is to come this winter holiday when I reunite with all my girlies in Melb- celebrate my birthday-and touch down in the land I call home to reunite with my family and dearest friends...till then and Happy Holiday to everyone! xoxo

Results are out. Summer has commenced yet life has not been interesting.

Holidays are always the most anticipated times of my life. Nevertheless, being the 'workaholic' me, doing nothing and staying at home just doesnt work. In fact, it may kill me at any point of time.

Thankfully, the first two weeks of holidays are bearable and filled with meeting ups with friends and attending graduations..yet this would not last for long when my dearest frens who have successfully graduated from Melbourne Uni (so proud of them) are leaving the country...I would be quite lonely..

And then I began to think to myself that this is such an irony in life because we always complain that time is never sufficient for studies and wanted time to go by slowly..but when you have ample time or rather extra time, you tend to want time to fly so that life could get better without the boredom that is killing you slowly..

Aah...i guess this is probably because its just so hard to get a job in Melbourne around this time..Yea yea, I admit that I stayed because I thought I want to take a break from my internships and have a good rest.. yet in the end, am here looking for a job to occupy my time..

Well well at least, this holiday, I've found the joy of baking and cooking..thanks to my thoughtful bf who got me 2 recipe books to play around with this holiday..Otherwise, I will really be bored to death..

3rd Year Law/Comm Done!

One more paper and I shall call it a DONE to my 3rd year Law/Comm uni life..well provided that I PASS all my exams..fingers crossed..there have been many challenges to the exams this time and for once, I cant guarantee a complete PASS to all my papers..Not because I didnt work hard enough but the subjects are just not my cup of tea and i know that I have given my 100% to do well in them so hopefully my hard work would be paid off...

Soon..I would have to learn to stay alone during this Summer period with the heat surrounding me and survive for the two months of summer in Melbourne..and awaiting the return of my love ones..yes, I have become dependent yet I gota learn to be independent once again..at least for these two months..

Yes, I am not returning to Malaysia for this Summer and wanting to experience the HEAT in Melbourne..oh well maybe its not too good an idea..but when a decision is made, it is made..not going home this holiday...

I guess I will do fine but no doubt I will miss my love ones very much...

Yup...finally am all done with my MSTs and assignments and am left only with the final exams..but with the speed of time drifting away..I assume that will come very soon as I was told that the exam timetable will be relased in a week or so time...SCARY!

For the whole 3 years, this is the first holiday which I have done nothing academic for a whole complete week and feasting all the way..seriously, soon, I will be back to square one with my body as I have been eating so so Much..sigh...

And the sad thing is..I have completely lost my study mood/ohm...wutever u call it..as a result of not touching my books for ONE Week..how sad is that...I really have to pick that up very soon coz I am so so behind for my studies...near to screwed u may say..

but but..I have been baking a lot this semester and I have managed to bake my very first cheesecake all by myself! Yummy~ but but there is still room for improvement though..hehe..

The reason am blogging is because I am procrastinating..this is how sad I can be when I had too much fun in a holiday...One more week till the uni starts again and I cant wait to head on my first ever holiday trip with my dearest and bestie...

Contracts Take Home Exam is over and now am down with my FA Mid Semester Test and EPM Group Assignment before I could have a good break for myself again..

Its seriously unbelievable how time flies and its already Week 6...

Recently, some things have happened and I finally realise how important it is for me to treasure and appreciate what my loved ones have done for me..whether its family, love or friends...I have learnt a lot and know that somehow I have to be more mature in life...

While studies are important to me, I guess there are much more things that are more important than that...

And I really want to thank those who brought me to all these realisation...

Life is different as it seems when you turn 21 and yes, I am still trying hard to be a better person in life :)

I guess this blog will now be the place i ramble about my uni life, assignments, exams, society work maybe...the stress is coming all bac despite I jus came bac from my 1 month holz..

time passes quite quickly..in a little more than a weeks time, its gona be September! I still rmbr the day when I was presented with a little surprise at the start of the month and now its gona be the start of another month...

Scrap that all..the main point is..Janet Tham is stressed by her take home exam once again..Last sem, Obligations, this sem, Contracts, nex sem Evidence and Proof..your life span can be reduced by all d stress you face as a law student..

Oh..I realise different people spend their time differently doing different things..maybe this is not so hard to realise..but I myself have been doing more stuffs than I normally do...busy busy bee..many things to take care of and balance up in life..

But for now, I jus want to finish my take home exam..so far so good..but I dun know y..I gota feeling that its not of a good quality...hopefully I have some time to do some quality editing..

EPM is killing me in a way and I need to learn to love that subject before I screw it further...

Let me tell u this, today is the LAST DAY OF SWOT VAC...isnt time scary? And this Swot Vac, I had a very different experience and I hope that it is all for the Good..

Its raining out there and am sitting in my room having a little break by myself before I get into the zone again and start mugging..I still remember, usually at this time, i will be stressing out and feeling to kill myself..but today, am sitting here calmly n blogging..

Tomoro is the day of the EXAM..how soon and I dont even know if I am prepared to face it..

So yea, fingers crossed and wish me luck...

This swot vac has been very unique on its own..at least I dont feel dat stress anymore...

Mom will be glad to know that...

And yes, I cant wait for this to be over...

Admin, u better be good since I've spent most of my time on you and to ACE and Corp Fi, I know u both love me and so treat me well..Obs, u have placed immense pressure on me but we both still love each other right?

When Take Home Exam Strikes...

Week 12 is approaching and my take home Obligations Essay has been released at 1pm yesterday. My first piece of take home assessment. And a couple of things happened on Friday itself.

My day started all well and I've got some errands run. And just before I get to read the essay question, a phone call rang and told me how difficult and tricky the question is, warning me of the consequences of not putting enuf effort in it..Yes..its freakin 30%..and I have NO clue how to work on it coz its scope is just too broad and I have not be on par with my readings and studies for Obligations...Stress began to build up and I started blasting music to de-stress and later on..someone soothe me..and the day went well with a nice dinner with sis and friends and then again, the nite ends with more discussion about the assignment..

Wake up the next morning, with my heart still pumping and worrying, hoping to get some things done today..yet..I dont seem to be productive..while on the other hand, I received notifications in Facebook saying that people has actually finished writing their essay and having a good time..OMG! That makes me think how hopeless I can be as a law student, not to mention a future lawyer..

Geez...geez..I am so worried..I need the constant reminder of my frens just to push me for this one last time so that I would not screw any of my law assignments and exams this semester!

So fingers crossed and hope that I could get thru this very soon..Inspirations and Intelligence..Please come to me very soon :)

Janet Tham gota blast her mind out with music so that she can get out of this misery as soon as possible and stay FOCUS in her studies (cannot emphasize dis anymore!)!

She gota be awaken from this before anything could happen to her results!

Coz EXAM TIMETABLE is out and time is running out! I guess it is time to put a stop to all these things...coz it is not worth a gamble to my studies..

Stress is virtually building up from deep inside and yes, the library is starting to get crowded..

Geez..wish me luck and constantly, plz, if u ever see me doing unnecessary stuffs, remind me of EXAMS and i will study hard!

Had my Witness Examination Competition yesterday nite, and yea, it was a great experience and to some extent, gives u a real taste of being a lawyer..Thanks to Wei Yan for her willingness to work this with me and thanks for her outstanding performance though in the end, we didnt manage to proceed to the next round..but yea, it was the process that is FUN! And yea, Peter would have enjoyed the moment brushing up my witness skills by tricking me here and there and getting stupid answers back from me! You wouldnt want to see how stupid I am when I answer his cross-examination questions.LOL. Anywayz. Thanks to all who helped! :)

Am gona start my day well and hopefully, all things will go well and smoothly from now on.

Am done with Midsems!

YAHOOOooooo!!!!! OMG! Am finally done with my TWO Midsems!!!

Geez..imagine studying for the same subject for one WHOLE week over and over again...u can basically get bored with it..and I hope that all the effort I placed in studying the subject will be paid off- it better be!- coz just when am done and celebrating my freedom from the Midsems...the Midsems results for ACE is released..I wonder if this has the same effect with the announcement of a dividend and the share price..coz u just cant disentangle the effect of it..Yes! This is how bad I can be when I've been going thru the material for too many times..I will try to relate everything to the Corp Finance I learn..Argh!

But chill chill..the ACE results was only releaased and checked when Janet is back from all her celebrations with her friends..and f*** it..no one did well in it (maybe Eleanor was the genius exception) and Janet almost screamed when she saw her results..OMG! My H1 is at threat and law is doing so badly on its own.. Alamak! Dont care..this post is about celebration!

So so I did get my all time craved cheesecake to reward myself after Mid-Sems. Courtesy of my dear fren who actually got me the yummy-licious cake from the Cheesecake shop..Haha..very the sinful and fattening..but i dun care..i deserve to be rewarded...hehe :)

We've actually got half of the cheesecake and this is my portion left after having some for teatime right after exam :)

And on Sunday, me n sis went for some retail therapy and shopping for my 21st birthday dress..Woosh..imma gona hold a joint party with my dear fren, Irina in Melbourne before I touch down in Malaysia to celebrate it BIG with my frens n family in Malaysia...So people, await for ya invitations! :) Its gona be HUGE!

I couldnt have said more to my Easter holiday this year! Not as usual for once, it was a BLAST and yet again, an unprecedented busy schedule for the month! Ouch to my studies!

It all started with the ALL-so-amazingly-FUN and CRAZY- LAW BALL of the year!!! Yes, it was my first time going to the ball and I had so much fun with my friends..But I would have to comment dat the music isnt dat great but that basically didnt bother me much and I jus had fun throughout the night! And as the clock strikes 12 on dat nite, Phey Shan turned 21!!! Massive!How great is that to celebrate ur birthday on such a great occasion..Dancing and partying with everyone..!! I for one will wana celebrate my 21st that way! 2+ months more and Janet Tham is gona be 21!!! Hehe...

And following the massive occasion are a series of catch ups and dinings at great places which then again filled up my schedule though I din get to really travel out this easter like some of my frens..nevermind i shall do dat mayb in Sept...

Despite all the fun, moi gota sacrifice some of her outings to study for MID SEMS :S How potong stim this can be to my easter...and when you are enjoying so much fun in d holiday, it will b such a torture to bring yourself to the library and start mugging ur way through..Oh well, what to do...I would say that am lucky enough to have both my MID SEMS spreaded over 2 weeks so at least i can have ample time to study for them..but seriously, am kinda worried abt my progress since I haven been working very hard on my studies for dis semester..Aiks! Am having too much fun edi!

Hello People! Just thought that I should blog and inform everyone that I am back to my usual self and not being emo and frustrated anymore..

But then again, that blog make me realise that there are so many friends that actually care for me and thank you for all those comforting messages and sms :) Am totally fine now with all your love and blessings ;)

Nevertheless, my mood is still swinging around at times but dun worry, I will stay positive and be happy at all times.

Just finished my online exercise for Admin..ahh..reading statutes..quite boring actually..but thank god I've completed the module for the week.

Went for some retail therapy yesterday with sis and Irina and I would say am almost all set for the Law Ball am attending! Woohoo! That sets the party mood up but before that I will have to get through my law readings and assignments and commerce subjects arent being friendly as well..tough time!

Birthday parties are coming up each and every week and I wonder if I can cope with my studies if am gona appear in each and every birthday party..Anyways, will definately find time to have some fun outta the mundane study routine.. Hehe..

Following the last post of farewelling my bro, dis time its me farewelling Malaysia for the XX times..haha..no feeling already..3 months of holz did make me miss my life in Melbourne in a way..haha..Though am excited and happy to be back to Melbourne, my body is protesting now :S

Uber Slack and Lazy..Hibernate for the whole nite when I first came back...guess the life back in Malaysia is too good for me..now am back to the independent self..everything has to be handled by myself..from Groceries to Admin stuffs (Bills) to Studies and the unpacking of luggage ...Lotsa stuffs to do..Am jus gona handle them one to one..Afta all, week ONE for me is still holiday..LOL..

Cant wait to meet my pals back at uni! Yahoo! Uni here I come!

I find myself feeling the sadness only at the moment when my loved ones are leaving me..

A year and a half ago, I was back in Melbourne when my bestie is leaving to UK to further her studies..the thought of her not being there in Malaysia when am back hurts..and I was really sad and emo for some while...

And now, just today, my dearest brother has left to UK for his exchange..and I have to admit, this time around, we havent spend much time together mainly because he is busy preparing for his exams and am busy working..but am grateful that I get to spend the last 2 days with him before having to bid farewell with him..Though its only for one semester, but the idea of him being far far away from me is uneasy..

Oh well oh well..I've gota say that am a person who cant accept the fact of my love ones leaving me..afta all, these are the people who are alwis by my side..giving me the support and love I needed..my bro and me, especially are very close. Though we are only god-bro and sis, our relationship throughout these years is no different from those real siblings :) Plus the idea of him not being there for my 21st bday this year is quite disappointing..but nvm, his promise of a great prezzie for this year is keeping me motivated...and myself also, will have to save up quite an amount of money to get him his 21st prezzie...apparently the challenge is quite an expensive item..lol..

I still remember reading his post 3 years ago, the post when am about to leave Australia for Trinity..am sure he felt the same when I was leaving..perhaps I shudnt be dat selfish and wanting him to be by my side, afta all i am the one who left him for Australia few years ago..

Right, I shall not be sad and emo anymore, coz very soon, I will be meeting my loved ones..Hope my bro will have a great experience exchanging in UK....and am planning a trip for myself to visit my darling Sue Faye in Dublin one day..Anticipating..hehe..:)

Its amazing how someone can change their perception towards someone in such a short time ...

And its scary when you realise that people are just not like what you think they are...

The world seems dim when you can no longer differentiate who is real and who is fake...

All these symptoms contribute to only one philosophy, and i call it the philosophy of the society..

I guess studying Sociology is not too bad itself, coz in the subject, you study how the society acts and works and slowly, u will learn to know people in a better sense and most importantly, to know how to survive in this society...

I would say that I have learnt much during my internship, not only about my work but about people, dun misunderstood, I have no bad experience in my working place and the above did not occur, jus that I feel that am inferior compared to my colleagues and i realise that I've gota know more about this world..about all the happenings in this world..coz only this way, I will be a better person...

I've always know the lesson mom is trying to teach me and is alwis trying hard to lead a better life..2009 will be a chance for me to grow..and I guess this shall be one of the change I hope to see in me..

I know this post is very random..but suddenly, I jus have this thought..Sounds deep I know but I guess this is the path that everyone needs to get through..

CNY is near soon..and am looking forward to some enjoyment since I do not have to work for the next whole week! Yahoo!

And today, I would say, is the happiest day I had in my office..it was so great to have lunch and cakes with my fellow colleagues..finally we got to be together and have some relaxing moments, scrap the intensity and stressful work! Even time went on faster when happy moments are around :)

Hehe..when I mention about apple crumble..u guys would probably think that I had had a great apple crumble dessert at some restaurant...Oh well, its not a restaurant this time but its a kitchen!

It was my first baking experience last Sunday and I decided to bake apple crumbles for myself as I din get to bake it with the girls on New Year's Eve..

And so, the baking turn out to be successful and I am so so Happy and Satisfied..Suddenly, there is a great achievement in me...Though I koe there is still a large room of improvement for my baking skills..but nvm, its a good start at least!

Today marked the FIRST day of January in Year 2009!

Looking back, 2008 was just a challenging year that at some stage, strike me down but I believe that 2009 will be a more challenging year for each and everyone of us and hopefully things will go smooth and successfully for everyone!

Just before the clock strikes 12 on the last day of 2008, my wish was fulfilled and I was granted a very good ending to my 'cyclical' year...this is because, I once again feel that the Royal Family is reunited :) Yes, no matter how distance we are or no matter how long we have not kept in touch with each other, there is alwiz an intimate bond between us..and I thank god for reading my mind and granting my wish just before am brought into a new year and a new life...

And for my girls, without them, life wouldnt be as great as it is everytime I return to Malaysia..thank you for the friendship and thank you for all the things you gals have done for me...

Yesterday, I chose to welcome the new year with my gals, and having to speak to each of my beloved ones, wishing them a Happy New Year was the greatest thing to do..

I really feel REBORN and ALIVE as I step into the New Year of 2009!

I hope that things will get better and hopefully, my new year resolution could be fulfilled with my determination and hardwork :) This is because this is a new beginning for each and every one of us...New expectations,New life!

Time passes really quickly and blink blink! Its Christmas again! Though I have been hearing several Christmas songs playing all around me and seeing Christmas decorations everywhere..Blur me stilll thinks that today its oni the 23rd of Dec 08..Oh God! To be precise, I cant believe that its the Wednesday of the week already...So so blur...

BUT But..this year I haven got much plans in celebrating Christmas or New Year...not that I was all so lonely and have no one to hang out with on the occasions..rather, I wanted some serenity for this year and celebrate it peacefully with my family..This year has been 'cyclical' if u get wut I mean, nvm if u dont and many things have happened..and I guess this year around..its really for me to take a rest and free myself from all the happenings..(but but I guess part of the inner me will still have the urge to party if my darling Sue Faye is back here..no companion to party la..haha)

So this time when I got back from Melbourne, I haven been rigorously planning for my outings and activities..but spend most of my time at home if am not required to work..so basically haven been to many places and shop stuffs for myself..will do it on Christmas day itself..as am going out with the girlies for a celebration..that's our routine for every year :) Oh! and I forgot to mention that Mom and I had actually witness the Christmas Parade back in November in Melbourne..so taking that into account, Christmas this year is not too bad for me actually! Hehe :)

Hmm..u may wonder what am referring to in my title~ Yea..it meant that Janet Tham is no longer free but tied to her work...

I would say that this holiday is very Interesting though everyone seems to be very busy leading their own lives..this is because everyone is doing their internship and sharing our experience with each other is SO FUN! ..haha..so like an adult person already..going out to work everyday..no more playing around like a small kid..Well I guess thats the turning point when u turn 20..our life is entering to another stage and everything will be different...

Just receive an email from my darling Sue Faye and it cheered my day!..yea..this time around it wouldnt be as fun without having my BESTIE around but nvm....though she is far away, I still feel her existence..cant wait for our SKYPING session coz it will be great! Good luck my DEAR!

Judgment day is approaching soon! OMG! Have been prayin hard these few days! NO matter what happens, I just wana PASS everything...PLZ PLZ plz...anything else would be a BONUS! ZOMG!

Yes..time flies and finally the battle has ended and it was indeed a long battle dis time..not certain about the outcome but all I wana say is...I have learnt alot this semester..whether academically or in life..there are just so many things out there wic am not exposed to and have to learn about...

Life has been different since I turn 20 n return to Melbourne..it started all well and went into a disaster and then I found a new life...with new friends and more happiness I would say..n then I was elected as an international student rep in ILSS..something wic I have tried for twice till I get to be part of the committee..the committee is a great gang of people to work with and I did learnt alot and enjoy working with them :)...I-Games was my first project and it all went well..and then it was the all-so-pressurized EXAM REVISION and before I left...I met with many long lost Trinity-college pals..its good to see them around again..and It was the BEST moment of the semester on my last day in Melbourne..with 5 of us..just sitting around Max Brenners and talking and crapping on any topic we thought of without thinking of exam, with no worries in mind and just looking forward to the holiday..I guess that is the life which I should be leading...the life which i deserve..A great gang of friends and a smooth study life...

Yet again, it was the farewell gathering that made my heart feel heavy when leaving Melbourne...3 months....its as if am parting with my frens..its not dat am not looking forward to coming bac to Malaysia and meet my frens..BUT..I guess part of me is slowly adapting to the life in Melbourne...and part of my life is supplanted in Melbourne already...

And YES..miss beh..I start missing u and ALL already..we gota plan our dates for next year and continue our mutual agreement thingy! Bwahaha..

Talking about the other part of my life back in Malaysia then, I had a great day supporting my bestie, oh no, i shall say, my MODELLISH friend, Sue Lynn, for her event, though she din win in the end, she is still da BEST to us!Haven been doing such crazy things with the gals for months and had a lot of FUN! It was so great to meet so many people today...HEHE

And GOOD NEWS! I finally got my confirmation of placement email from SC and that means I am confirmed employed! Hehe..:) So happy!

Jaster, my doggie, is recovering well and put on weight!

Law is DONE and all that I want to say is *fingers-crossed* and pray hard.I am now a full-time commerce student preparing for exams now!

Next up in less than 24 hours, its IFA's turn- Accounting my 'all-so-beloved' subject.
Dont know why. Feeling unusually calm. Maybe I knew that I cudnt have expected much from myself or maybe my nerves hasnt strucked me..maybe tomorrow or tonight..I will be freaked out! Very soon..

Just finish a practice exam and YES..Consolidation is not being very friendly again~ In fact, it is not once friendly coz it never gets itself right no matter how hard I work on it..Nevermind, just try my best..

Some have finished their exams and yahoo! celebrating...though I finish late, guess I prefer it this way, at least the stress wudnt kill me and exam period will not be so intense...

As long as I am not blind and careless tomorrow, guess there is still hope for my IFA paper..afta that, it will be a 8 day gap for Cost Management...

YES..its the time of the year again and today I've stepped into the all so beloved exam hall to fight my battle for the exam... CONSTITUTIONAL LAW...100% paper..scary isnt it?! But thank god its now all over and thank god I didnt freak out during the exam BUT I still couldnt finish the paper..One reason is that I've run out of time, the other..I couldnt figure out the answer..Hope it will not affect my overall marks too much...because 10 marks is not so 'slight and incental' quoting from the Adamson's case, Stephen J Dissenting judgment.

Haha..its as though I haven got over the whole const law exam..Oh well, wish me luck, 3 more papers to go...and am gona work hard for it....GAMBATE!!!

Oh! Another good news! Am not jobless this summer anymore..just got the miracle offer from Securities Commission after being rejected previously and now I am just waiting for the confirmation letter from the company..hope all is well..and I can have a job this summer...

Thats about it I guess...Dispute Resolution next! 70%..I think the remaining paper are all 70%...but still..its is a huge amount of marks...no more 50-50...

Its kinda scary that you get so occupied with your exam preparation and you tend to forget stuffs or being blur to anything else apart from studies..to tell you, i even feel immune when am suppose to feel a little sad..all i know is exam and rest..thats it..damn sad rite?

Only when am relaxed from studies, I remembered that I forgot to wish Ivan for his birthday though I've celebrated with him and his friends in advance- still I feel bad for wishing him late...

And then, it can be quite scary that you tend to forget what you are going to do when you actually walk down 2 flight of stairs down to the library entrance, wanting to go grab something and only realise that you end up going back upstairs to your books without doing it..alamak!

Il.legal was launched today..very successful indeed..sad that I couldnt witness it during the launch and I feel bad for not being able to attend it..was stuck in the lecture with no break in btw..cant leave early coz its the last lecture and there are notes on the exams to take..thus, feeling guilty now..hopefully the commitee wouldnt be too unhappy about it..at least am able to help up a lil at the end when I finally finish my lecture...But anyway, am glad to hear of great feedbacks about the magazine and no doubt this year's Il.legal has improved in its quality thanks to Thasha and Delphine! and I have actually written half an article for it...:)

Its the LAST DAY of uni tomorrow...doesnt time passes really quickly? Its as though I just came back to uni for a while..or mayb I should put it this way, its only around this time which u can see me doing some serious studies?

:) Nothing else but a SMILE describes my day...

Great dinner.Great companion.Great food.Great atmosphere.

Amidst the stress, I was lucky enough to have a night out with my sis and god brother...

Yea..I missed Wicked this Wednesday due to studies commitment and some other factors...but I ll be watching it next month..hehe..:P

Despite this week was spent mainly with my god-brother and not on studies,

I thought it was all worth it...

Afterall, life is not about studies only...there are things which I should look forward to in order to make my life more meaningful...

And this means that I will have to work harder for the next few weeks to catch up on revision...

DR assignment was back..and I shall say that am satisfied with what I've got :)

My friends have received news for their internship this summer and am still awaiting for mine to come..hopefully I am lucky enough to be granted one...Please Please..*fingers crossed*

And so far revision is doing good...though am still not confident to sit for the exams...and headaches are coming to visit me off and on...

Nevertheless, this night dinner was worthwhile..

at least for me, my sis and my bro <3

So quick..tomorrow its Thursday already..let me remind myself..its Week 11..yea..i have started on my revision..so no worries..am moving on..hopefully to have ample time to get through everything..

Oh..oh..I was gona say: ' I just drove in Melbourne for the very FIRST time!' Though reluctantly, it was fun! Bwahahaha..The traffic here is so much better..but maybe because its already in the night, that is why not many cars were on the road..and I could drive very safely..hehe

My God-brother has been complaining that I haven drove him eversince I get my driving license (which is like 3 years ago) and so insist that I drive him around despite only for a short distance..and made me do my parking when he knows am not good at it..Took me a while before I could leave the car and head back home..hehe

YuP..that's something interesting about me lately..and bad luck today, there is no lecture notes for Cost Management and I forgot to bring along my lecture notes for IFA.. so writing writing writing and more writing without slides..:S

That's about it I guess..Just a short post..

This week its Week 10~ Hello..read it clearly..week 10..and how many weeks more to go to exam? Dont remind me that! Any stranger who steps in the library now will know that its the critical period of the university around this time again..EXAMS! AAAHHHH!

Sad SAd Sad..tomorrow I shall bid farewell to week 10...and you ask..doesnt time pass day by day without you realising?

And also what happen to my nights? How come Monday and Tuesday can be so happening for me? Sigh..Its week 10 my dear..week 10...you have not much time to catch up on your studies..

Was suppose to post about Miss Beh's 20th Bday celebration in this post...but I guess its all saturated by my procrastination about exams..I dont do that normally but this year...I become a proscratinate queen and slack a lot compared to the past..y so? I dont know..

The blur queen, Miss Beh broke my birthday celebration record of 3 consecutive days..apparently, she celebrated for 5 times this year if am not wrong..so so HAPPENING right? LOL..Cant imagine how many celebrations she will have for next year when 21 strikes..Haha..Beh Siew Ying, read properly, next year you will be TWENTY ONE(large enuf for you to see?)..no longer sweet 16 or whats-so-ever...hehehe...

Nvm, we all sama sama turn 21 next year OK?

Everything that has kept my holiday busy is OVER now...though i spent a pretty short time to finish my essay, editing was neva an end till the very last minute..Thank god, DR is my last assignment for the semester...BUT..there is still the challenge of the 100% Constitutional Law exam..sigh..

Yesterday was the end of the spring break and today, uni commences again...the holiday was not so much of a holiday to me as expected, I-Games and then DR..well, at least i manage to have some fun throughout it..BUT am still not ready to get back to uni and start attending lectures again..Hence, procrastination has made me clean my room and iron my clothes..

The weather today is unpleasant..rain in the first few minutes and huge sunshine in the other...unpredictable and inconsistent..

And I finally found out the reason for my unpleasant marks..gota work on it soon...

And I realise...Actually....Yep...that's life~

Spring Fun!

Apparently if I do not update my blog more often, some1 is gona get me to shut the blog..LOL..Apologies for not blogging that often..the reason being is BUSY-ness + a little bit of SLACK-ness..haha

Yea yea..life has been very much like back in Malaysia...stayin at home during the week and anticipating for the Weekends! Wee~ But SAD, real SAD, I have an assignment due when uni starts and guess what am stuck at the argument bit..argh! Am alwis stuck! Y cant I just be better when it comes to writing assignmt..OKOK..shall not talk abt sadness..but FUN!

And so, I've been busy busy with I-Games, the sport event which am organising along with other international societies..no highlights on that yet but stay tune

Last sem, there was an agreement among 3 of us to spend a night with fine dining and good ambience to reward ourselves for the torturous OB subject....of coz the company is what thats

matters and so we headed to Docklands for a glam night dinner~Have been waiting for this day since the start of the semester and Finally...~LOL..

OKI..the concept of the food was something special..it is called the Churrascaria whereby you can eat as much as you want as the chef serves you personally at your table..Hmm..nice! Sounds like a VIP guest at the restaurant..and what else will compliment such a dinner best..of coz..it is no other than a bottle of CHAMPAGNE~ shud have gone for wine instead coz the dinner was all so meaty..the interesting part is that..we are given green and red cards which says 'More Please...' and ' No more...'..Haha..dis is a useful card..coz whenever Scott angers us we turn his card to 'No more' when food hasnt been served..LOL..

One night with great companion is all you need seriously..and if am earning Aussie, i will say that the dinner is cheap but of coz not when u start converting it to RM..hehe..nvm, holiday is meant for spending..ALritey, lets see what happened during our glam night..

Hehe..yesterday I was all so excited to attend the KIRBY LIVE Lecture exclusive only in the Melbourne Law School..haha...

Yea..Justice Kirby is one of the coolest High Court Judge of Australia..He is the idol of most law students and he even has a facebook! His is humorous..LoL..Just listening to his speech, you will get entertained! Sadly, Kirby J is going to retire soon..If am not mistaken, it will be next year :(

Oh well, thou I dont like reading judgments, I find Kirby's judgment sometimes very interesting and he alwis has his own reasoning..therefore, most of the time, I'd be reading his dissenting judgment..

And guess what guess what? Being a fan of his, I got his signature and took photos with him! Haha..people mus hav thought I gila gila sikit...y wana take photo with an old man? My bro is one good example and tease me with my lee hom experience *inner joke*..Haiyo, its normal for a law student lar, plus he is going to retire soon liao ma..next time no chance ler..and how often u get to be so close to a judge huh? LOL...i koe am crapping again~ :P

So relaxing la dis few days thou i koe i hav tons of readings to catch up..haiyo, spring ma...plus i hav many amazing plans comin up..woo~River Cruise is the first event! and am all so ready for the event..cant wait! (p.s free flow of champagne! wee~)

Oh..can I not emphasize this even more? I <3 my law frens! haha..dont ask me why...they are just amazing..in case commerce people gets jealous, I <3 u too!

Nvm for dat, am suppose to give myself a break..and I've got myself a ticket to the River Cruise event organised by the ILSS and LSS..great way to reward myself..cant wait to party! Alwis thought that it will b holz afta the mid-sems..but nope, there's still one week to go..argh!

Being lost in the sea of law knowledge for long and i guess afta the holz, its time for me to find my way out..

As for now, am contented and smiling..coz my royal family has neva failed to cheer my day..Just as Im going to post a M.I.A blog searching around for my bestie, Miss Sofia Teh..there my phone rang and I've got a text from her all the way from US..how sweet and nice to have heard from her b4 entering into the battle ground-that motivates me..and of coz I envy her freedom to travel around while i suffer with my studies..

At least am free for now, and whenever am free, i miss the most my royal family :) Hope all of them is doing well..and hell yea, saw my bro in office suit in one of his FB photo..he look old! Shita! the online screening assessments are SO FREAKING HARD! Gosh! And now I koe how inferior I am with accounting calculations :( Didnt know employers set such high standards for their candidates..haiyo, intern kononya sahaja la..tak payah la high standards sangat..:S

Argh..its the time of the mid-sems again! Stress Stress Stress..Now i feel the fire afta being stress free for quite some time..OMG!

I cant take it anymore..both accounting subjects..and i simply cant imagine myself achieving in the subjects! So drained of accounting theories! Numbers are alright once you get it right..but it is the theories that bring you all around..yea..and apparently they want u to think out of the BOX!

You should be thankful that I get the numbers and now you ask for more from me..Oh gosh!

What can I say? Screw it? NONO..Strive on it? Am getting tired and demotivated...

I WANT TO GO SNORKELLING NOW! AAAHHHHHhhhhhh.....

Yer..beh syok la..Mom is making me jealous now! Super jealous!

While am mugging so hard and feeling nerve wrecking for my mid-sem exams next week, my mom is enjoying the sun and the water..best part, she snorkels once she arrives at REDANG! and snorkels tomoro as well..I think she is going to snorkel everyday lor...Holy shit!

I want to go snorkel la...din have enuf in Redang the last time and Krabi was fun!...the sea is the place for me to be..I love snorkelling, I love feeding the fishes with bread, I love adventuring under the sea, looking out for beautiful corals and the hidden garoupa and eels despite the annoying swam of transparent ikan bilis blocking my way, I love swimming apart from the all so salty water in the sea....LOL...cant stop laughing when i recall the jokes we make in Krabi...haha.. The Salty Fish (guess one name..LOL)...OH my..Oh my...just love the sweet memories...

My past holiday was just filled with fun and happiness when I spent my time in the beautiful islands in Krabi and Redang..

I dun care! So gona ask for a trip to the island and snorkel as much as I want~

Rite now, back to studies...if not by nex week, am gona be really screwed!

Wanted to start this post with a very meaningful phrase instead of wishing my sis HAPPY BIRTHDAY! LOL...

Its been a super busy week for me..and when I look at my calender..it reminds me of how busy my coming days would be..Not stressing out or feeling tiring in anyway, in fact, Im feeling happier and enjoying life as the day goes by..despite I have a 133 pages of case awaiting for me to digest it very soon..argh!

Life has been really good for me lately ..mayb because life in Melbourne is getting alike with life in Malaysia.. But that doesnt mean that am doing extremely well in studies...argh! Yea..many many argh! Coz I jus cant get work done..and there are piling up bit by bit..Oh well...

Anyway, this is supposed to be a cheerful post and not for me to talk about academics..hehe..so mayb then..some pics will add some colors to my lil post here~

Swim..Swim...Swim..

Wut an awesome swimming squad that Australia has for its women's team.

Just finish watchin the Women's 200m Freestyle Relay replay on channel 7 and I just cant stop smiling when I witness the team finish the line and cheer for their victory. Stephanie Rice, especially, was super-hyper and proud of her team..and of coz, congrats Rice for winning her 3rd Olympic gold medal :)

I feel so refreshing afta watchin the event..Afta all, the pool is the place to be for me..since that's the best sport I could do..How i wish I was sent for training when I was young and maybe I will have the chance to win medals for myself..of coz..I wudnt be as great as Rice..she is jus so talented in swimming..haha..i koe am day-dreaming again :)

Oh oh..and and..Eamon Sullivan (who happens to be Rice's ex) of the Australian men's team is doing really good as well..maybe not a gold medal..but a silver medal is just as good...and I read a piece of news abt one of the contestant from XXX country, better not mention , who apparently swims very slow and his reason being is that he doesnt wana beat his partner in the heat..then there is comparison as to the great swimmers speed with his..then he told the media: 'please wait and you are going to see me swim tomorrow with a difference'..oh well..am really curious abt how fast he can go..haha..okla, not dat i swim very fast..but the comparison they made was really funny..and bac to Sullivan, I particularly love this pic of his...woosh! What a good shot, so yeng :)

And the Olympics opening ceremony was really impressive apart from the disappointing news of the sweet little girl mimicking the voice of another gal who appears to be not so presentable in her look..but well, u cant judge one by her face yea..*shakes head*

Anywayz, I would say that China really did a good job in its preparation and as I mentioned before, many effort has been put in..:)

Wondering wut royal am referring to yea? Yup.. the royal family blood turned 20 today..who's turn is it dis time? Its Ying Zhong aka brown bear..but to me, he looks more like the Hulk..Haven watched the new the Hulk movie yet coz I alwis wanted to watch with him..coz it gives me a feel of having a real life the Hulk sitting beside me..Bwahahaha..He is so going to kill me when he reads this..

Anyhow, I've texted him and got news that he has enjoyed a lot with his frens..Awesome! And most probably, he will be coming down under for his studies in Monash next year..Voila! Finally someone in the royal family is here with me..Cant wait for dis! At least when am down, I will have someone physically with me now..:) Dont misunderstd, he is already attached and it is all so sweet to see him doing so well with his gf.

Ritey, I missed the class gathering they had way back in July coz I was with my frens in Redang..and I forgot to snap pics with the guys when we were together ..aiks..and that makes my royal family photo collection getting even limited and precious..Anyway, while scrolling over the pictures they took during the gathering, I particularly love this pic of them..and whenever I look at it, it jus makes me miss them even more..:)

Yet another significant day which will neva come again in our lifetime..and am sure that today, it is the big day for the China Republic as theBeijing Olympic Games would be having their opening ceremony today..Afta so much of preparation, I am sure its gona be a blast for this year's Olympic Games...No doubt China is going to try dominating the medals coz dis year, the Olympic Games is held in their home country..

Anyhow, I do hope that they will do well..and Malaysia, please at least grab some medals to make us proud..hehe..I thought it would be worth it to mention and post about today..and my long weekend commence today..4 day in a row..finally I get to take a rest and enjoy it while catching up on my law readings...

Oh..I should mention this..I love the Beijing Olympic Games mascots..they are just so cute..guess there are key chains of it out for sale for McD kids meal..maybe for the sake of getting it, I buy a meal to treat myself..hehe..Alritey, I will end this blog with the pictures of the Beijing Olympic Games..hope it will be a great success to everyone this year..Cheers! :)

At this moment, I guess nothing will soothe me better than having them with me..yet it was impossible to have them with me physically..but yes, when I needed them, they are there for me~

Nevertheless,I cant say how proud I am of my juniors, having to achieve high posts in the commitee, Zhen Xuan and Jun Yang..the very last 2 juniors of mine before I retired..In fact, all my juniors did extremely well for their year..Now one has taken over my place (Ketua AV) and one has become the Vice President of LM. In fact, both are Vice Presidents as Zhen Xuan is the VP for LKT..Thou it seems like, such things dont bother me anymore since I've left school for 3 years..but..still..I still feel happy to receive the good news from them..and am glad evryone is satisfied with the new election results..at least AV is still Dominating the board! But anyhow, LM still work as a team..no domination..coz we are one big family :)

Still, there is no way for me to get back to the life I once have in high school...

and life goes on no matter how tough it is...gota be optimistic..

Gosh..a start to uni life is really bad..still, am facing the problem of not being able to wake up early..and crawls out bed oni when everyone is off for uni or work..NONO..if this continues, there will certainly be a BIG screw-up to my year-end performance..

Accounting, I fear u MOST thou am majoring in you..Today is Commerce Day for me..having both my accounting subjects lectures today..and guess wut? I have Noel Boys teaching IFA again..and I was told dat he teaches ACE as well..Alamak! I banyak takutnya! The reason being I screwed my ATA the last time..yes..worst of all my commerce subjects..and now he is teaching again..I dun get him leh! Haiyo..gota work real hard liao..Kesian..

So fast..its Wed oredi..n am heading off for a Mega Ski Trip dis Friday..everything seem to b a lil too rush for me..am not utterly settled down yet..and my room is not in its study mode yet coz its still all messy..gota clear the chaos from last semester..and law readings starts piling up..Shan has becum so enthusiastic dis time in her law readings...and how i wish I wud get on track soon..

Okla..dats it...I realise I blog more when am bac in Melb..mayb its becoz I have more procrastination and rantings to do when am bac! Till then!

Awake in a rather tired state dis morning alone in the apartment thou everyone has got their ass up and head for uni..yes..i jus realise am not longer on my comfy bed and it was difficult for me to wake up thou its oredi 10+..coz its freaking 8am in Malaysia! Whenever I wake up dat early in Malaysia during the holiday..I will b in total blur and lazy to work on stuffs..but when u r bac in Melb..independence strikes..

Arrived in Melb yesterday morning and Ai ming and I were welcomed with a very unplesant experience of not being able to take our desired transport home and thus being slaughtered on the taxi fee! Coz the freaking driver din koe the way and took a whole big round to get to the city..Fine! That will be my donation to HIM! And afta i long flight without some good sleep coz i sat beside a baby..I wanted some rest and sleep! Yes..dats wut Miz Chow did once she got home..Me, instead, being welcomed by my very excited sister..din get good sleep..coz siz jus cant stop telling me her everything in Melb..Ritey rite, then it was lunch..or rather brunch..n then grocery shopping! Yea,to STOCK UP!

And the night came, I was walking to Shan's apartment to celebrate Aunty Chow's 20th Birthday and bad luck, the rain came and it was a hail ! Gosh, I was all wet when I reach there..so paiseh..but btw, before we arrive Melb,I surprised Miz Chow in the plane, acting like a stewardess and serving her with a muffin and juice..she was totally surprise and felt funny as well..The muffin was meant to be a little bday cake dat i present to her but bcoz u cant light candles in the plane..so I din manage to do much on it..Anywayz, I hope she really did have a great one dis year thou she din manage to celebrate with her family and frens in Malaysia..Nvm, u have us to celebrate with u..LOL..This year's theme was PIRATE, we were planning to trick Ai Ming, me, being the evil one, even told her that i have prepared my pirate costume all ready when I meet her at the airport..*hiak hiak*..BUT..instead of those ganas pirate look..the party turned out to be a GLAM PIRATE PARTY..LOL..

The party was a good start for our Uni..After so much of play, I guess its time to settle down..and so, Till then people! For those whom I din manage to bid farewell in Malaysia, take care! :P

Am now blogging at a spot which I have no access to internet yet it was possible for me to post this blog and express my thoughts.

And wut possible would allow me to do so? Yup. Its wireless..but yea..its ILLEGAL..coz I've got the wireless connection from someone in the neighborhood..hehe..I koe am evil..but I've gota thank this kind person for allowing me to share his wireless connection..Thank god, Malaysia has unlimited quota on its internet system..if its in Aust, guess this person would have been cursing me for taking up his limited quota..LOL..

Recently, there is a halt to my hectic life...maybe its the departure of my frens back to Aussieland that signal the return of myself to the place where I gota work my ass off once again..Results are out before the trip to Redang..but knowing that am a person who will react much to my results, I chose not to view it on the day itself..In fact, I checked it later..My results turn out to be mediocre..good in a way that its not undesirable to me but bad in a way that it wasnt impressive enuf..Perhaps, I've just gota work harder the next semester..

My timetable for the semester is out..And I would say..its a good one..If lucky enuf, I might be able to have 2 days off the week and have a super long weekend from friday to monday..Well,lets see how it goes..

Very soon, I will be returnin to Aussieland and for the remaining 2 weeks, I chose to stay at home and spend more time with my family..and have some very last meeting ups with my juniors and friends..Many have actually happened during this holidays..and I would say dat they are all sweet memories to me..Tot I wanted to spend this holiday with serenity and yet again, I turn out to be all so busy with all my plans with everyone..A big Thank You really to each and everyone who have made my holiday such an awesome and enjoyable one..

And it was then..I realise..Happiness may jus be a very short moment that you have in your life..it may come and go without u allowing it yet u cant prevent it from leaving..Thou losing it at some stage of my life, am thankful that I have once enjoy the moment~ :)

One word to describe my birthday celebration for dis year: "AWESOME!!!"

Indeed, it was a Marathon and a long weekend for me..starting from Friday to the actual day and to the post celebration..everything was great and I did have a lot of fun and feel touched of all the efforts my friends placed in celebrating my birthday with me this year! Though it was just a simple meal with everyone, it was meaningful! Most importantly, I had my primary school frens celebrating it with me dis year..

Haha...haven been blogging for some time..some might even guess wher I am at the moment...YES! as the title suggests..am BACK in the motherland, MALAYSIA!

In fact, its been a week oredi...and it was all so touching to have my friends to come straight to my place and go yum cha wiv me once i reach home and let me taste the long miss mamak food..hehe..guess this is wut frens are for..coz they really care..and they are even all so excited to announce it to the world that am back..wic then spoil my plan to surprise my girls..haha..nevertheless, I yet to contact some of my frens abt my return..

Many are bac from all around the world during this time, UK, US , AUSSIE, RUSSIA..u name it, we have it..and so this is an all so awesome time to organise a gathering with everyone...Yup, my fellow primary schoolmates or rather my primary school monitor did a real good job to organise a primary school gathering back to Kuen Cheng..hehe..our form teacher was so excited till she cant concentrate teaching once she knew we were at the school ground..

It was great catching up wiv everyone..some real long-time-no-see faces and some familiar faces..but most important, it was great having my BESTIE, Sue Faye to be back in Malaysia..9 months of not being able to talk to her on the phone...gosh..I jus cant resist calling her once i arrive at the airport..haha..back to the primary school gathering..As usual, the Gen-2 gang headed over to the primary school together..and this time we have sue faye with us..haha..it was all so fun to drive along with them again..and it was the time where sue faye witness the craziness of us..laughing all along..consequently, we arrive late for the gathering..LOL..and we console ourselves that VIPs usually arrive late...LOL..well it wasnt really all our fault coz we got lost..there are roadblocks outside my primary school..some construction was going on there.

YES..I insist to use that as my title despite the main point was NOT about that! But let me express a bit la...

2 exams are DOWN! Yes..they are DOWN and chuck out of my room for now! From now on, dont talk to me abt OB or BF..aah..the minute i think of BF..i feel so geram about myself..am am so So BLIND! Or mayb I jus have a problem with ZEROs today..yea..the number 'O'..its either i add an extra zero to the amount or i misread it by one zero..GOSH! I spot 3 zeros mistakes today in my BF exam and sadly only 2 minor ones were spotted during the exam..The most hideous one was for my tax..and becoz of that 1 zero difference..I got the tax brackets wrong and then a person who earn $ 160,000 nid only pay $ 3000+ for taxes! I know..many people will 'LOVE' me to be their Accountant coz I help them to save a lot on taxes! BLEK! So so sad la..I got so angry of myself..of being so careless and blind!

BUT afta all there is a 'twist' to my day and I went from a 'grumpy' person to a 'super hype' one..yes..Bipolar Disorder..that is wut Jess say abt me when am back home..LOL...

Why so? COZ...My 'koko' is IN TOWN..yes..he is in MELB..ooh..not to confuse you..basically, I have 2 bros..one Elder and one Younger..the one I mention previously or often mention is the younger one in Malaysia..and this is the Elder one..

And so, today afta the exam, I headed to the city to meet him for lunch..YESH! Instead of my mom this time, he became the 'victim' of my afta-exam grumples ..once I saw him..I kept complaining how stupid and careless I am till he gota say ' Eh, so long din see u liao, dun see me then show me the 'wana cry look' oredi, give me a smile'..Haha..sorry la..din meant to welcome you dat way...

So to cheer me up, he passes me my PREZZIE and a bouquet of flowers..Well, wasnt expecting any gift from him though..! YUP! I have received my very FIRST present for my Birthday this year and yes..over 20 years of my life, the MOST EXPENSIVE present! Yes..its still early..but this serve as a hint to those of you..have u got my present yet? LOL..

The word 'MONT BLANC' on the plastic bag shocked me once I got the prez coz I know its super expensive altou being the kampung person, am not really sure wut the brand was promoting for..coz at first I tot it was a gift that my koko bought for himself..ooo...

Well..he said this is to compensate me for all those years that he didnt present me with a prezzie on my birthday..this is because..we seldom see each other..its like the last time I saw him was 3 years ago..so the next time..I wudnt know when it is..

Neva been rewarded so well afta an exam..and now I think I dun deserve such an expensive gift...Another reason was that..He, being the very proud 'koko' of his sister, thought I would be graduating this JUNE! Yes, he lost track on how old I am..thinking that am graduating soon and becoming a LAWYER very soon..and so,the signing pen that I need as a lawyer..I was super SWT when I heard that..maybe..he is just being overconfident about me..to be a Lawyer..I still hav a LONG LONG way to go..and am not sure if i could do it..

And and, while waiting for my pen to be engraved, we went to Louis Vuitton's boutique at Collins St to wander around..coz if I go in on my own I sure kena shoo wan..coz obviously I cant afford anything in there...and so this time, I ambil kesempatan go in with my 'koko'...Obviously, I din miss the opportunity to touch my hands on my 'Adored' bag..Owh..the feeling is just so good..so so..Enjoy enjoy sahaja la in the LV shop..admiring all the expensive stuffs and looking at all those bags..But my 'koko' will only get me something useful, not all these material stuffs..hehe..so nvm..I will earn my own money to get it in future! Yes, Ai ming, we sama sama earn money to get our 1st LV bag ok?..hehe..

All in all, I just wana say:

The reason being:

One is in Melbourne to support and cheer me up during this dreadful exam period and Another in Malaysia is already busy being my birthday planner, thinking of where I can celebrate my 20th Birthday!

Swot Vac

Its Sunday now...and swot vac is gonna end on this very day..the battle of Melb Uni Examination Period will officially start on the 9th of June 2008..Whoever's birthday is on this day..bad luck! And my very first paper- Organizational Behavior starts on Tuesday 10th of June 2008! So soon, 3 days more! Gosh..am not prepared seriously...

Just finish a discussion with Jess about OB..yea..I have got my notes in front of me ..nevertheless, they are not in my brain! Whenever i study OB, I neva fail to be stressed..the reason being is that you neva koe what the subject wants from you..its so subjective that u cud basically write anything..and you r being marked this way: if u get the point that so happen to be in the marking scheme, u score! and Voila! Ur results is extremely well..but well, am alwis the unfortunate one who CANT read their mind..and thus, alwis..i dun hav all the things they want..so my marks alwis end up mediocre..Not much hope...Just a H2 grade that I pray for..

Its 12 am now..shud be in bed or mayb still studyin..but afta a long discussion with Jess, am too tired..and cant sleep..have been studyin business finance to hide myself from OB..but yea, its time to face it..exam is in 3 days time..and business finance is just following tidely 2 days after..

I have totally no idea how wud I fair for this exam..coz am just immune..am just gona step into the exam hall and do my best..and step out..feeling relieved..

Haven even started on Intro Econs which is on the week afta..oh well..this is the first time I started revision that late..Really..no eye see..

Okla..just a little update..and yes, I hope to regain my smile very soon~ Ooh..Pray hard for me for this exam..and wish me luck!

Just saw Ai ming's blog about her BMW and how her dad had helped her to upgrade it till it looks like a BMW M3 now...such a lucky gal..

And now, it makes me miss my BMW back home...Am not as lucky as Ai Ming to have my own BMW...its just my father's car and I drive it whenever am back..oh well..oni started driving last December..and now I miss it..maybe its all the fun that I had driving it all along with my friends..the jokes..the laughter..it makes me miss everyone even more...

Well..its exam period now..the toughest period of all...but I will stay strong and get thru dis..Mom is not here dis sem to cook for me and so..yea..I can manage it on my own!

2nd Year First Semester 2008

Bling Bling! 2nd year 1st semester has walked its way down...and I couldnt even believe that this is happening..

YES! Am finally relieved that Legal Theory is finally OVER! See the emphasis? Its OVER and I have handed it in..But well..dis time i finish it on that day itself..Not intentionally or not becoz i cant write anything out..I have finished it 3 days earlier and went to see my lecturer about it..Nevertheless, he sees NO link between my 2 arguments and so I gota do some extra research for a small point n then add a whole chunk of paragraph to link my arguments..even my focus has changed slightly seriously..But oh well..everything is done by now!

Afta handing in my essay that day, I have got a headache..real bad..and I completely lost the mood to celebrate or cheer..or rather..u wudnt hav the reason to cheer seeing that exam is SO NEAR YOU yet u haven even start a bit of Revision!

Oh well, I promised my pies to watch a movie with them..and a dinner with Sally..so..yea..Friday nite was basically OFF! And then comes Saturday which is the 'stock-up-food-day' and cleaning day to prepare ourselves for SWOT VAC..and I end up all so exhausted at the end of the day that i have no mood to start studyin...:(

2nd year 1st sem was something different to me..and I guess its becoz of the mentality change I have..Not too stress anymore and more relax in a way..there r pros and cons..and there comes my experience of campaigning and running for an election...

Law friends are still the best as usual and I have met couple more of new friends at uni..Oh ya, not to mention my awesome group mates for Introductory Econometrics..have been working well with them..:) And so, all in all it was a great semester...apart from my demotivated experience in OB..still am not gona give up on it..I still stand a chance to score in the exam..Guess they really gona change their unfair system of marking our assignmts..how can 1 tute get all H1s and the others all score so badly?! Cant figure that out! All I hope is a H2 grade for my exam..H1 has long flew away from me..Nvm..I still have other subjects to fulfill my dream..

Haven been having much mood to blog and so I apologize for that...Great battle ahead..and yup..am gona work hard from now!

Its as thou..am immune to the holidays coz I jus wanted exams to be later...and not so soon in less than 2 weeeks time..

Finally, its my 100th post eversince I started blogging! Good news?

And coincidently, there is such an event that occur in my life today which makes it so eligible to be the topic of my 100th post! Well, is this a celebration or a signal to my future encounters? Of coz, I hope NOT the latter..am oredi in a very bad state with my studies...

Wonder if anyone curse me for dat but HELL, why am I so UNLUCKY today?

Well, dont panic..am safe and sound now..since am blogging about it now..

It took me a freaking hour to be in there in the lift with another unfortunate girl who has the same fate as me :(

It started like this....This gal and I were waiting for the lift at Level 3 outside the library and 'DING' u hear the lift calling and subsequently, the door welcoming u into it...Entering the lift, each of us press the button for our destination..am heading to Mezzanine...well...its reasonable for me to take the lift to Mezzanine when am in Level 3 rite.?..so yea..that is why I didnt take the stairs..

So afta 5 seconds, the lift wasnt moving..and suddenly we hear the lift operator saying:

'We are having some technical difficulties with the lift...Plz press the alarm button for assistance'

Me: 'Crap!'

Yea..I wasnt too shock when I realise that I was trapped..Instead, I was acting very calmly (Yes Jess, am not as lousy as u think OK, I din get 'beng kui'! Am not dat weak! *pfft*cant belive u say such thing abt me!)..and so I pressed the alarm button and informed the guard...

Minutes later, the security guards are all oredi outside the lift doors speaking to us..and ensuring that we are doing fine..The really funny thing was..the guard was so worried that she check on us every 5 minutes...repeating the question: 'Are you alright, the lift service person is coming very soon' and kept the conversating going..

The gal with me was just laughing all along and it was really kinda a relax experience in there..and knowing that I could have missed my lecture, I just sat there reading my law materials while waiting to be rescued out while the other gal called and talked to her friends on the phone..

After 45 minutes, the lift finally moved! Oh well, not in the normal way, but MANUALLY! The funniest thing is that the lift was actually pulled up to Level 10 and then the technical men just open the doors for us..and we can hear from the lift the conversations of the service men..so so funny! 'Pull somemore, Pull Pull...2 feet more!' LOL...Just wondering why must they get us up to Level 10 b4 they could rescue us when we are actually stucked between Level 2 and Level 3...Oh well, there must be a reason for it..

And so, after we are being rescued, we are required to lodge a report to the Security Department..and it was then that I saw all my fellow business finance colleagues stepping down the stairs and leaving the law building..crap! I gota go to the aftanoon lecture for a replacement..And it was then, Shan and Irina came to the Student Centre to meet me..

So nice of them :)

So, that was my very 'FUN' encounter with the lift...Not too bad perhaps..coz I got to know a new friend who is also from Malaysia..Hehe..

Anywayz, as for studies, am not being very proggressive these few days and yes, I start to feel the stress..and yes..am stress..got stuck with my essay..things arent goin as smoothly as I thought it would be..Sigh...

Well, I will just end here then...Will work my way through this pain! And yes..am already getting very pessimistic about my results for this semester...Sigh...

Well, I just cant tell how much I love you, Legal Theory..yes, u r interesting to me and the best part is..you let my thoughts flow...how good is that I thought..thinking that this time i wouldnt need to suffer BUT then just when I was about to start writing...u strike me again! Aah..is it just me procrastinating and not doing my work or really am stuck?!

Guess my nephew's look says it best...This is how you look when you do Legal Theory...Yup..the 'blank blank' look..very innocent rite? yes..we are the victims of the Legal Theory...

And the best part is..the 1st word that my nephew learns how to say is "APA?" And again, this is how you will respond when you are asked about legal theory..

SO, my conclusion is...Janet is working very hard on her essay..and hopefully, my skills of essay writing will come back to me very soon...

p/s: Got back my OB Mid term exam today, gosh..I really couldnt read the mind of the lecturers and tutor...why cant u just let me score a little higher..at least a H2B...or izzit becoz u just love the numbers of my marks and grading me that way makes u feel good? Oh please please...just be more leniant when u r marking my exam paper...and I promise I will work hard for the exam ..Deal?

Wondering how am I doing recently with uni?

Yup..The election I mentioned before has started...Oooo..Intense huh? Yea..i have been getting all my friends to vote for me..:P and I was really grateful for all their support...there are all so nice..and people are wishing me luck when I walk around the law school...and this I told myself that I have already won the election spiritually with all the support of my friends..Even if I dont get the post, I know I have tried my best..Nothing to regret..:) *Bow* Thank you so much. And this is why I love my law friends so much.

The annual meeting will oni be on Thursday and the results will be announced on that day..Wish me luck..tomoro is the last day for voting..and I hope all is well..Will surely post about the outcome no matter how..so dun worry about that...

And so, apart from election, how about studies? Hmm..yes...everyone is busy busy doing their assignment and stress is building up in everyone..Then, wut about me? Haha..I was surprise of how am feeling now..but i koe..the stress in me will erupt when i start writing my Legal Theory master piece..100% essay..wonder how will I fair in that...oni 2 outcome..either i score or i screw it..of coz, am not gona screw it..so we shall hope for the best...

Seeing that I cant work well at home coz i will fall asleep or get myself occupied with unnecessary things at home..I decided to study at the library..but then..how did I go in the library?

Hmm...I found that the webcam in the laptop that we can borrow from the library is working and so we started to take some photos.. Lame I koe..haha..but girls just wana have fun..Especially when am with my beloved law friends..BUT..jus when i wanted to post the photos in this blog, I realised that it wasnt saved properly in my thumbdrive...SWT! I koe..I was surprise that it went missing..Hmph!

Anywayz, I spend more time chatting in the library with my friends rather than doing my work today..so am I productive?! Isnt dat, obvious? A BIG NO! Haihz..

But then again, some interesting was raised in our conversation today.

HAPPY MOTHER's DAY to MY DEAREST MOM!

Yup..its May 11th today and its Mother's Day!Am not sure if Mother's day falls on the same date every year but whichever the date is, it is the day for all great mothers all around the world...

Mom has alwis been the main support to everything I do..and afta all the ups and downs we face in life, the relationship between mom and I has become even closer..and eventhough, life may not be as smooth as it be nowadays..I do believe that with the support of my mother I will surely get through it...This year, I am once again not by my mother's side on this special day coz am stuck in Melbourne, but I koe best wut mom's want for this Mother's Day although at some point, I might not be able to help her fulfill her wish..Nevertheless, I will not let my mom down no matter what and graduating with a great degree in Melb Uni and achieving great success in future will hopefully be able to help compensate mom with her unfulfilled wish...

Mom has always been a flower lover and flowers can alwis have this power to make her smile and feel happy..So, my sis and I have decided to get her a bouquet of flowers dis year.Not roses, coz it will die off easily, but some flowers that are longlasting.. so that it will keep mom's happiness long lasting :)

And I just wana say, Mom, no matter wut, you still have ME and I LOVE YOU! I wish that u can become happier and cheerful each and every day..Very soon, I will be by your side to share all your happiness and sorrow :) Take care!

ILSS Election

Remember last year i have run for the position of First Year Representative in the ILSS committee and didnt make it in the end?

Well, its the time of the year again for the ILSS Election to come about and this time, am attempting it for the second time to run for the position of Treasurer! Yes, my second time! Keep the count going, coz seriously am not really confident that I will get it this time. Why so u ask? Coz my competitors are both later year students and on top of that, they are committees of the current board. Obviously, they will gain the main support from the Committee board itself. Despite knowing that i Might lose the election again (its not a 100% lose yet OK? who koes I would have more votes than them? nyek nyek), I thought to myself: 'Why not give it a try and do it seriously this time?" Yes! Compare to last year, I have placed much effort into it and this year I have got myself a poster! Thanks Ai Ming for helping me to design my poster! The poster do look impressive and awesome..I really like it...hopefully it does bring me some luck.

But I dun koe why am so worried about the election..I koe I shouldnt be coz its suppose to be an easy going thingy..Maybe its becoz of the many negative issues that strike me when am deciding on whether to run for the position..Seriously, I dun mind losing the election BUT what strikes me deeply was the 2-faced scenario that I witness in some of my frens..and I koe supportive friends are neva easy to find..so I guess this is another test of friendship..Nvm I told myself, as long as I have faith on my own and I koe I am capable of handling the job as a committee I will do it this time. And I really thank Phey Shan and David for being so supportive of me to run for the election..Of coz, to my family and my gang of law friends that are all so ready to cast their vote for me...thank you!

Tomorrow is the dateline for the ILSS Nomination thingy...and Im handling in my form and poster...Wish me luck ok? And I thank you in advance for voting me! No matter what the results is, I will accept it..and David was right: 'If people want you to serve the office, they will vote for you' and yes, he is running for President dis time! OOO...so ambitious..but i koe he is capable of it and his social circle is huge enuf to win him the position..wish him luck too!( I koe sumtimes people thing wut David says is abit exaggerative and they tend to laugh at him, but at times, it sounds logical and meaningful to me and I wouldnt be bothered if u r laughing at me now) If this time i dont get it, I will surely go for it again next year and not give up coz I believe I can do it and am determined to do it ;)

Indeed, this is a very good experience for me coz I actually started campaigning around law school and asking people to vote for me..Hmm..neva thought I will do so..but I guess I gota do so coz at uni, u are not elected as a committee coz of your capability BUT your popularity! Yes, I koe that sounds so wrong but in reality, popularity brings u everything..and that if I am a celebrity, I can assure you I can be elected easily..sad la, Janet Tham is not dat popular in uni..

I ran out of ways to de-stress and cheer myself up~ i felt totally hopeless when i come to OB and i feel sorry to my group members for not contributing much~ my brain is essentially shut for no reason-even I cant explained that...and so, i decided to browse the website of Louis Vuitton since it alwis excites me and YES! it did make me a feel a little better but work is still not done. Anywayz, i have been admiring this bag of Louis Vuitton..its a new arrival and one of my rich friend in Melbourne is already using it...lucky gal..how i wish i can have something from LV...even if its just a little one...too expensive...i cant afford to buy it unless i have a rich boyfriend..nevamind, wait till i graduate, i shall earn the money to buy myself one...Hehe ^^

Girl's Night Out @ My Place ^^ (Part 2)

Its PARTY TIME for the babes now!!! Since its a once in a while opportunity to have fun, how can the fun stop when dinner ends?! And so, the girls headed back to Jess and my place for more fun! Haha...More photos and more dance! This time, we have decided to club at Club 18/16, University Place. With great music and environment, the girls started to dance!!

Hehe...There are gona be lots of photos following up and you will surely know how an awesome night we had on that day! And yes, we can be crazy at times and sweet and lovely at times..hehe.

Girl's Night Out @ NOBU (Part 1)

Last Saturday (right, i koe my post is a bit too late), the girls or rather 'the pies; had a glamorous night outing to the all famous Japanese restaurant at Crown, NOBU for a fine dining nite...it was a follow up celebration for Shan's birthday the week before since we are all so busy with assignments...though to be honest, am still buried with assignments and in case, u r wondering where am I for the next couple of weeks, yes, am busy busy with my assignments again...but but..am not gona mention about it anymore becoz this post is gona be all about Yummy-licious food, Pretty gals and pure fun and music! When I look at the photos we have taken for that night, i just cant stop smiling and feeling happy~ and there you go, i have another item added to my cheerful list :D

And so, the day was rather hard for each and everyone of us and we all had no mood to work for the day...impatiently, we waited for the clock to tick at 4pm! Ring! There goes my door bell! Shan has arrived at my place and followed by Yee and Ai Ming...Haha..y everyone at my place? Coz the fun starts here!!

At 4 pm-ish, the gals start transforming themselves into Cinderellas, putting up make ups and beautiful attires to prepare themselves to the party, as if we are attending some ball at Crown..haha...see see see...everyone is so busy decorating themselves with make up :) And yes, it was my first time putting up a full make up and my skills are the worst among them..and thanks to my 'make up instructors', Jess and Ai Ming, I turned out pretty pretty as well...hehe..

After much anticipation, we have finally arrived at NOBU! Woosh~ really impressed of the restaurant's setting~ real suitable for fine dining~ROMANTIC with dim lights! A good place for couples as well~oh well, great for a girls night out for sure!!

Then, u see the table is well set up~meaning we are all ready to have a GOOD MEAL!

Aah~ Cocktails! My favorite! My friends said that my eyes will sparkle whenever I sees the words, vodka, cocktail, champagne, whisky..haha...Am not an alcoholic afta all~Just love the drinks and enjoy it :D

Oh ya, we ordered 2 cocktails to share: Emporio Martini and Mango Martini- Tasteh!

You see the smiles on our faces and you know that the cocktails are great!

Even Yee and Shan who doesnt drink, enjoy it as well!

And there comes the appetizer, a combination of Tuna and Scallop served on a thin sliced of crispy lotus root and with some yummy sauce~ Irresistible!

Next up, Sushis! Haha...the Soft Shell Crab Roll and House Special Roll was superb!

Afta eating it, u koe why it is priced so expensively...its because...its just so tasty and different from others! Worth the price man!

When it comes to food, Jess can neva stop being excited and happy~

Food is her potion to happiness...HeheChicken Skewers~ Yummy! I love this coz of its juicy sauce-well marinated and smells good thou it looks a bit like ordinary satay- well, this is Japanese style!DESSERT TIME!

See the broad smile on all faces...thou mine looks pathetic in the expresso cup, it taste extraordinary NICE! What's in it? Haha...Whisky foam, cappucino coffee beans and white chocolate ice cream *Slurp* Hehe

Sayonara NOBU! Will surely pay another visit to the restaurant! Haha..maybe when mom's over in Melbourne coz seriously I cant afford to dine there so often~ As a student, u will be broke! Haha ^^

And so, thats all for our luxurious meal at NOBU~ We went window shopping around the boutiques at Crown and paid a visit to the Casino...Haha...$$$$$$.....Dun worry, we din gamble...Gamble is NO GOOD! Most importantly, we dont have the money!

BUT BUT something happen at the entrance of the casino. Being all so young and pretty girls, we are not mature enough to step into the casino freely though we are oredi all above the age of 18. And so, Ai Ming, Jess, Shan and Yee presented their IDs to a male guard while I present mine to another lady.

And this is what happen to the girls when they present their IDs- they receive several comments from the guard. Mine was ok..she just stare at me for a while and allow me in BUT the girls...hahah...

Pheyshan- "You look better with long hair"

Pheyyee- "You have changed a lot"

Aiming- "Go in and don't come out or else we would have to check your IDs again"

Haha..i haven seen Jess ID but i wonder whether she look so horrible back then till the guard has such a big reaction...haha...Dun worry...Jess is now a beautiful young lady...am sure u would have notice it from the above photos...the past is oredi the past...who cares if u r not pretty back then? LOL!

And so, we head to the tram stop to board the tram before we head home...Being girls who loves taking pictures non-stop and mainly its becoz it took quite some time for us to catch the tram...we requested a passenger to help us take a group photo...

Funny as it is...and I have no idea where the young lady comes from...when she was about to take a picture of us, she told us to LAUGH instead of smile and there goes her instruction

" 1, 2, 3, Laugh!"

Laugh die me can?! I was really holding my laugh when I heard her saying dat...So so funny CAN! Luckily the photo turn out good. If not, I will really doubt whether the girl knows how to use a camera...LOL! (I know am so bad!..haha)

Mid Sem

Week 6 and Week 7 has now been agreed upon to be the BUSIEST weeks of all in the semester. Undeniably, if not, I wouldnt be so stress and hope so dearly dat my brain will work efficiently..

Neva realised dat I could be so busy during the mid-sem, or maybe its becoz last year during this time, i have something else occupying my mind apart from studies and working was the best therapy for me previously..But now, am suffering indeed! Its already Wednesday now! The horror starts tomorrow and on Friday! Well oh well, its really time to FIRE now!

Mom advise me not to work on my legal theory outline oni on Thursday nite coz most likely, i will have to burn the midnite oil in order to finish it PLUS the quality wouldnt be good! This is proven in my OB assignments which is handed back to me dis week. Utterly shocked at the marks but then again, how well would u expect my performance to be when i have rushed it thru the midnite?

And now, its not me wanting to do a last minute job on my law outline..its just that I haven form my argument yet..philosophy has neva been my cup of tea! Thought i would have escape it afta HOI at college but now, it haunts me again! Worse still, am warned of it haunting me again in my 4th year of law studies! *Faint*

Alritey, just needed to express my feelings a little and dont worry, am not being emo at the moment but rather stress and worried..OK..off to studies!

which I did last week and lost my specs :(

but anywayz, i've got a new pair..

and mid term exam and IE assignment on Thursday..

and yes, they are not working very well for me...

AAH! I just cant stand it anymore..

and hell, I have an OB team assignment to do...

not to mention, on top of that i have an individual take home exam for dat...

Crazy! And my resistance to something is not gona last for long...

Assignments approaching and now time management is the challenge

coz yes, am slow and not as efficient and productive as others...

Sigh..if oni some considerations can be taken on our commitments at uni...

Enuf of said, blogging doesnt help to get things done..

Yupz..its Aunty Goh Phey Shan's birthday today! and yes..altou she loves the idea of me being the president of the aunty club, she is now OLDER than me! haha..may i emphasize on the word older? and me, being the president of the club doesnt make sense at all...haha..Kiddin la..age is just a number..when we get old, we dont even bother remembering how old we are...plus, this is a new transition in life...shud b fun..not to think abt we will no longer be teenagers dis year..Hehe..Just a short post...coz the real celebration would be at NOBU! Yay!

Half Blind :(

Ouch..my heart hurts now when my eyes go half blind..and its no one's fault but mind...AM SO CARELESS! AAH!!!!

Guess wut happen to me? I lost my SPECTACLES for God sake! And the last moments of me with my specs was at the changing room of the swimming pool..Yea..being overstressed and emo emo at home, i tot it would be good to release my stress by having a good swim..of coz, we are being health conscious here coz we have put on a lot of weight recently..well oh well, the price of me losing weight is now so HIGH that i gota lose my precious specs that guides me everywhere I go...the night that I lost it..I felt so lost and soul-less...and I certainly lost the mood of doing anything, thus, going to bed when i have a whole load of law readings to do...and till now, am clueless on how to approach my essay outline...:(

Before I leave the changing room, I told Sally that I will go half blind coz am not wearing my specs but goggles and yet that really happen...My bad! If I lose my goggles oso nevermind lo, my specs is so important to me can! Plus mom doesnt really like the idea of me buying specs everytime coz it will alwis cost me a fortune! Who ask me to be short-sighted wor? T.T

Yes...u may wonder who will want to take my specs but i guess it was taken accidentally by other swimmers when they are packing their stuffs coz I left my specs on the bench..Sigh..How can I be so careless????? And now, in Australia, to get a new one, u hav to go through an eye test which cost u AUD$60++ and not FOC like Malaysia...plus the specs that look good are EXPENSIVE! and its in AUSSIE DOLLARS not RINGGIT! Mampus!

Haiyo, So sad la! By any chance, can the person who found my specs return it to me? Please.......

Friday nights are often known as the slacking and hang out nite...but well bcoz here in Melbourne, i neither club nor chill at bars..so basically my life wud b monotonous regardless of wic day it is..nevertheless, there is some change to my life now, thou its not a chilling nite out on Fridays for me, am now attending dance classes with my gal frens..haha..imagine me dancing, yea..u can certainly laugh till u die! but nvm...i take it as an exercise rather than a serious dance since i dun really have the talent in me...

Uni is getting more and more hectic as predicted...the library is getting crowded and books are borrowed out...and when u witness such scenes at the uni, u koe that we are all buried by assignments by now...i've got business finance and intro econometrics due next week and next next week..and my mid sem exam...gosh...so busy and hectic right? Not to mention, my huge law research essay outline is due in 2 weeks time..when janet tham is still having her own sweet time reading her materials..as if easter break is still on...Not good!

My mood has been wavy these days...there is up and downs in it...and when am down, that means no work can be done...sometimes its not dat u wana be emo, but it jus comes...and now at least, i have some ways to overcome my Emo-ness and make myself cheerful..that's rather important...u jus wont have people cheering u up all the time yea? And music has become my best companion lately..the thing dat cheers me up :)

Okila..just a little ranting here and there and i hope the fire in me will come back very soon coz its time to fire now! BF and OB are so far so good...IE still makes life miserable..and Legal theory has neva been pleasant...so the conclusion is... Janet Tham is not progressing anywhere!! So Sad!
but i will try hard la...ooh yea..it was great catchin up wiv some of my colleagues online! Great chat and i suddenly miss work coz its less stress!

And by the way, life this year is a little different from previously..not sure how to phrase it but am still getting used to it~ hope dat its a good change thou...really cannot afford to screw things up again!

Never been dat happening in Melbourne!

Wow..life in Melbourne can neva be that happening like this easter!

Starting from last friday till dis sunday, i wud say, i am mostly occupied by activities and events...of coz, there are some days that i retain to catch up with my studies but as I say...MOST of them are occupied...if not, occupied, it was rejected...haha..hmm..not so easy to ask me out wan u koe!

And so, this is my list of happening days!

Good Friday- A day to relax and just do nothin at home~ pure enjoyment! Jess din bliv dat i wont touch a book and yes..I DID NOT! hehe

Easter Saturday - This is the most enjoyable and fun day of the week coz the gals went to the Grampians and have a close interaction with mother nature!

Easter Sunday - Woosh! the crazy dinner nite with clubbing session going on at Club 807D at Seasons Apartment...ultimate fun and hahaz-ness!...thanks to the host Miss Chow and Irina :p

Easter Monday- Was supposed to attend a Trinity reunion dinner with some friends..but i was kinda exhausted afta a long weekend and so i ended up stayin at home..relaxing..

Happy Tuesday- Why is it so? Coz my dear buddy, Yong Gezzel turns 19 on that day..yea..the first thing she said to me when i wished her Happy Birthday was..."Am same age with u oredi!"...well...19 is still alrite..when its my turn..Hmm....20..how wud i feel???

Dinner Wednesday - today was suppose to be a super-duper fun day with the sleepover at Shan and Yee's place...but then..my body seems to be hinting to me dat i shud take more rest from now..coz i sense the symptoms of sickness in me and so i didnt join the gang..but well, the day wasnt too bad...coz i went to Crown with some of friends to have a super-duper-full buffet dinner- eat all you want and all you can...as usual..everyone was SO FULL!...haha..

Yummy Thursday- Coz the law students are attending an All-U-Can-Eat Dim Sum session at Dragon Boat..here in Melbourne, they call it Yum Cha...yes...its all abt food again...feast feast feast..looks like there is no chance for me to lose weight...Haha...

Friday- Another invitation to an outing~ still pondering on whether i shud go...hmm..i think its best for me to catch up on studies..too much of fun is no good! Haha..but then again, friday is supposed to be a chill out day, isnt it? haihz..if oni TM is here, there will surely b a chill out session..i miss Bangkok Jazz!

BBQ Saturday (provided dat it doesnt rain!)- OB meeting in the aftanoon and pool side BBQ Party at nite...how cool is dat!

Final Sunday- My very last chance to enjoy and have fun before the hectic life starts again...haven got plans yet! but i guess i will jus reserve this day for myself...self-relaxation, self-enjoyment...jus a private day for myself! :)

Alritey, this Easter is really awesome! And i guess its time for me to firmly settle down to uni dis time..coz very soon, i will be buried by assignments again..Needless for me to say, i fear law the most..100%..try and imagine dat! No regrets and yes, more effort dis time!OKOK..enuf of studies nightmare...Easter holz is still on...so ENJOY and HAVE FUN!

A trip to the Grampians :)

It was Easter Holiday finally...afta all the rushing of assignments...i finally got some time to relax and have some fun with my friends...hehe

Seriously, eversince am back, am not too prepared to face the hectic studies...everythin was done reluctantly, but hopefully my assignments will turn out good..and YES! i have a hell lot of catching up readings to do...but i told myself, nvm...perhaps i shud jus go relax for a bit and start workin again for the remaining holidays..

And so, I decided to join the one day trip to the Grampians Ranges organised by the International Commerce Student Society and have some fun ...well, I shall say, if u are not dat kind of person who will appreciate and enjoy the scenery of mother nature, maybe..dat is not the place for u to be...but all in all, it was a great experience climbing the mountain and waterfalls, having a great view of the true nature of Melbourne...and of course, the companion during the trip was the best experience of all, having Jess, Shan and Ai Ming to gossip with and hahaz with all along the journey... love ya gals!

We gota wake up at like 6.30am that morning to prepare ourselves for the journey and it took us abt 3 hours to arrive at the suburbs of the Grampians..Hell, i dun even wake up dat early for uni normally..but for the fun, u gota sacrifice ur sleep..and thanks Yee for waking up early in the morning to prepare nuggets for us when she is not joining us for the trip actually..its really so nice of her...*muaks muaks*

When we finally reach the ranges, we are just amazed by the scenary up there :)

Next up, the McKenzie Falls..sadly Me n Shan din manage to witness the waterfall ourselves coz we got lost with Jess and Ai Ming who made their way down there...but the consequence is..u get a whole body ache afta dat..haha~

And McKenzie Falls was our last stop for the trip...afta having a cup of billy tea and some biscuits...we headed back to the city~

I koe i haven been blogging for quite some time and i wonder if there r people reading my blog..well..there are things that happen...happy memories... but eversince am back, there is jus an unpleasant feeling in me...not sure if its due to stress or some unknown health symptoms going on in me...hope i ll be alrite soon...

Am busy busy n stressful if u r wondering how am I now..2 assignments rushing to be dued on thursday itself...and to be honest, oni now, i realise how hard commerce assignments can be..and the maths and calculations just drive me crazy..plus..OB...management...sth very new to me..

But all in all and amidst the stressful environment, He brought my smile back again today...

if only I could smile as happily as today with his companion...and i know..this wud neva happen alwis..coz memories are meant to be treasured...

And i just wana say..am glad that everything is over between us...at least now we are close friends once again..he who koes me well will alwis do... :)

Afta 3 months of fun and relaxation, Yes, I am sent back into reality and being reminded of my real identity as a 2nd year student at the University of Melbourne.. No matter how reluctant I am, I have no choice..And for the first time, I cried at the airport and on the plane..My tears jus cudnt resist..and it was a really hard time for me to leave my friends and family dis time..Not my first time flying..but..i was really really touched by my friends..especially by my primary school frens who came to my doorstep and sent me off..

All they did was simple..a scrap book with photos and their appearance...and i fell for it..

I truly felt the love and care they had for me...the photos..thou ordinary..encompasses all the sweet memories we had together for the last couple of weeks...it was really great to meet them again..and i hope that we will remain as close in future..really..not another 8 years to meet them..it will definately be a torture for me if its so..

During this holz, I was once lonely coz my frens were busy and had no time for me..and I thought..my holiday will oni be occupied by my intern work and the time i spent with my family..but it all turn good when the 6M people reunited..

Too much of fun and laughter would really hold me back from my studies..and it did last semester when my friends had given such a great time during my return in June/July last year..and the consequences is dat i failed to concentrate in my studies..or rather to tune myself bac into my study mode..did ok for Commerce and screwed Law..sth dat I regretted really..so I thought dis holiday wud b ok if i wud to live a neutral life...but then..it went to the peak again and now its hard for me to settle down in Melbourne..real hard...

Well, uni already started today..tough journey i wud say...Intro Econometrics is like a torture coz its full of maths dat I have long returned to my teachers at high school and college..Legal Theory....all it teaches u is 'how to become a lawyer/legal profession...Organisational Behaviour seems ok to me..hopefully i can cope with dat and Business Finance...a fresh subject for me..wic i dun koe how well i cud do in it..

Hence, u can clearly see how hard I gota really work in this semester to score well in da subjects..!

Really miss the Gen-2 gang..my 3 boyfrens..(p/s: yes..it was rather a joke abt my bfs in the last post)..sori if u guys believed me...Honestly, I am not dat lucky to have someone fall for me!

Wow! haven been updating my blog for quite some time...n this doesnt mean that my life is dull n bored till i have nothing to say...coz over these 2 weeks, i was so well accompanied and showered with love and happiness...Very very busy indeed...

So much to say till I do not know where to start...from Valentines to the day i left my beloved colleagues and till the 4 day 3 night Bangkok trip I had with mom, Jay Chou blasting concert and the amazing drive we had today on a lovely Sunday :)

Alritey, i would oni mention about the AMAZING DRIVE we had today and later on I will slowly update on my previous exciting moments..am sure I will get bored when am back in Melbourne in 5 days time...SAD! I know..SUFFER! I know..TORTURE! I know..BUT wut to do? Gota return back coz this is life...I yet to fulfill my dream of becoming a lawyer/accountant :)

Today's outing was totally unplanned! Quick decision and there we go, WEI YUE is driving out with her boyfriends! Which is the real darling is up to u guys to figure out! And this is a test of friendship! Sue Lynn din believe me! How evil! Yen Ning was good enough to give her support !

And the day starts from meeting up the guys with the guys driving (Yup..Congrats to J who passed his driving test and could now drive us around :P) and heading to the Curve for tea with Sue Lynn at Paddington's Pancake House with ME driving..YES I DROVE TO THE CURVE! this is to inform u guys who thought i couldnt drive well! I'm improving K!

HAHA..we went to some highway and then to Mc Donalds drive thru coz my darlings are hungry and then to Batu Caves to pray...LOL...and head to Genting Highlands for a while and later on to Seremban and to a familiar place Kompleks Sukan Negara and finally to Station 1 Cafe at Bandar Puteri to meet the gal...Passing by several Giant hypermarkets wic is the landmark Yen Ning gave us to lead us to her place...hehe...

Still have no idea wut happen to us? We had a tour around KL basically and If you are smart enough...yea..we got lost in our way..LOL..but it was fun..and put the blame on CH..Lol! Poor guy!

KK..finally the reunion between the guys with Yen Ning and we had dinner...It was fun catching up with each other..having a mini gathering and teasing each other of our childishness in primary school..Invaluable moments I would say and really afta 8 years..we are still SO CLOSE! The friendship bond we had was really unbeatable..My primary teacher was right..you will neva meet such friend in future anymore..A friend who is genuine and koe u well..:P Am really grateful for all the time we had together...

Farewell to the Laughter Queen

Yet another best fren of mine is leaving to further her studies in Brisbane- the University of Queensland..And this time, its the honorable Laughter Queen, Ting Jer Rei dat is leaving me..*sob sob*..Well, looking at the bright side, at least she is in the land downunder i.e. Australia and we can alwis visit each other..

On Monday, i attended her farewell at her home..Yes..im hopeless once again when it comes to finding her home despite i hav been to her house several times...Haha..got teased by her when i seeked help for directions..The farewell party was simple yet harmonic..Y say so? Coz i got to catch up with many of my frens in high school..Nice chat..and im grateful dat our friendship remains as good despite the Long-time-no-see scenario..

Jer Rei and I were friends since Form 2...and without us realising, dis frenship has lasted for 6 years...And i gota say dat jer rei is indeed a caring fren..and she is a person who can cheer u up when u r down with her optimistic and cheerful mindset..Im really grateful and thankful to hav her as my friend..Life can neva be easy without having real good friends at ur side...

Looking back 2 years ago, it was her sending me off to Melbourne and now, its my turn to say goodbye to her..But this is sth dat shud b celebrated and i shall not be sad abt it..Hehe :p

In Loving Memory of My Beloved Maru

1 year ago on this day, i broke down and went insane for not being able to accept the fact of her departure...it was painful witnessing her to leave...and she'd left having her promise kept...awaiting for my return till the very last minute before she left..and im grateful, coz at least, i was there accompanying her at the last moments of her life...

All these years, She has been the main support to me...accompanying me all along through tough times as well as great moments...2007 was a pain for me and i've truly struggled through it...

Barely getting used to her absence, a year has passed...Today, its her 1 year memorial day...Looking at her photos once again, i cant help missing her...But i know, things can neva be the same again...

'Dogs are man's BEST FRIEND' is no doubt true.

Coz deep in my heart, no one will ever replace my dear MARU coz....

Hilarious Indeed! Seriously, this is the joke of the day in the firm! Gosh! Imagine a future lawyer saying this...i bet the judge will doubt his claims in the court! LOL!

Scenario: In the meeting room, all paralegals are serious scribbling on their paper coz there is a test going on...

Yup...my lawyer check on our skills and ability off n on..most importantly, to keep us up to date to the law and procedures..hehe...to enhance efficiency in work... (mine u, dis was the 1st written test we had..hehe)

Right, this is wut happen when all of a sudden, everyone jus cant stop laughing!

Boss: All right! That's all for today. Please hand in your answers.

(Me, along with two other paralegals handed in our answers.)

My colleague: (Looking blur-ish and innocently at the boss) Huh? What answers? Are we suppose to answer those questions? *Laughing at himself as he is speaking*

Me: Huh? What hav u been doing all the time when everyone is busy writing their answers?

Colleague: Erm, i thought we are suppose to copy the questions! HAHAHAHA!

Me: (Burst into laughter)

And besides dat colleague of mine, the other 2 paralegals have done the same thing.Oh gosh! These are all future lawyers-to-be.And i finally koe y they din went thru their CLP at first attempt. LOL! Kla..am just joking...CLP is really a tough test...BUT....

Imagine wat happens when a client tells the lawyer all the facts and the lawyer was busy scribbling down something on a paper (assuming dat he is jotting down notes) And when the client finishes, the lawyer said this to him:

Yup! I've written down all the questions that i want to ask u! What were u saying jus now? Wud u mind repeating the facts to me again? I haven got the details down yet!

Rite, its January 15th 2008 today! Gosh! Half a month is just gone like dat without me realising! A bit sad thou..time passes really quickly..And how am i doing recently? Aah, i jus realise...Every January my life is rather dry..y so? i oso dun koe..Colorless..but nvmla...one must learn to be alone by herself...at least..im living happy but not sad...dats sth great enuf for me..

Owh...y is the date so important again? coz in one month's time im gona end my internship and leave the company of my joyous colleagues at the firm..i guess that's wut keep me away from the 'EMO' mood dat i was alwis in when im in Melbourne...work plus laughter...:)

And guess wut! right! the BOSSY one is BACK! CCTV n SPY EYES ALL ON! Beware of wut u say n do in the office! Haha...dun misunderstood me..its jus dat..whenever the boss is around, everyone gota be serious at work rite?No joking around and no gossiping.LOL. In fact, the freedom i got from his absence last week has made me a lil too LOUD or maybe less disciplinein the office ? Janet koes how to complain of her work nowadays! Hmm..not a good sign..Hehe...gota remain the good image of mine in the office...tomoro i gota be good..hehe

Dun worry...My BIG BIG BOSS is not back yet! Haha...that's my lawyer! He is off for vacation..i think he went to HK..the boss aforesaid is my HR manager..Freaky stingy man..when i ask for a holiday leave, he approved it with the condition dat i buy him souvenirs..and Now! he bought NOTHING for us! Not even a sweet! Kiam Siap betul!

Nevermind la! At least today we all had a good lunch by McDelivery...yup..its McDonalds! Food at the food court just sucks! Exploring another food store tomoro..hopefully its nice!

Im so gonna miss the daily conversations i have with my colleagues at the office when i get back to Melbourne! Haihz..for the mean time, i shall treasure the time i had with them :)

When my weekend was rather dry for the past week, a phone call has broke the silence of my phone and guess who has paid a visit to Malaysia? Yup, its Sally! Sally is my friend in Melbourne and this time she had came over for holz with her mom. Sadly i gota work during the weekdays, so i jus manage to have dinner and a lil touring with her around Bintang Walk!

Honestly, the meeting up with her was great and the food was nice! We had MADAM KWAN for dinner at Pavillion since Sally is stayin at Dorsett Regent..As usual, i chose not to trouble my family to fetch me and board the train on my own...yea, i meant LRT..and i get to go thru my Melbourne routine all by my own..with my Ipod on and walking around in the city..

The night was great apart from the darken photos which could barely see our faces...My bad..i should have taken more photos with her durin the day..or even indoor instead of outdoor..Anywayz, these are our dream bags! Haha..Louis Vuitton! Will neva afford sth in there...Maybe, in future, when i've earned enough, i will surely pay a visit there..and step out proudly with an elegant bag! Rite, am dreaming! LOL!

The last concert way back 3 years ago was AMAZING! And i have high hopes that it will be as great dis time..

Last year, i missed LEE HOM CONCERT and this year im not gona miss another great concert i longed to go!

The organisers are just so great to have chosen a date which i could attend! And as i said..its a farewell to me before i leave again for my studies!

One thing thou, the ticket price has doubled compared to the last concert i have attended.Same spot dat i will be sitting this time BUT i gota pay more. Wat?! Is this an inflation effect or wut?Well well...at least now..if dad is not gona sponsor me the full ticket, i have got money earned on my own to attend the concert! A lil' taste of a lawyer's work

Right, am just done with the presentation slides that Im preparing for my lawyer's presentation tomoro and most likely i would be brought along to the seminar to present the slides...Hehe..i love following the lawyers out to meet their clients..coz then, i will get more exposure instead of staying in the office facing the stack of files...

Today, Im enlightened with the work of a lawyer. Undeniably, the little briefing and lecture we had today in the meeting room had helped to boost my confidence and motivation to work harder for my future.

Of coz, my career is still uncertain..Graduating with a law degree is indeed a tough job for me.. seeing that i have not reach the potential of being an outstanding law student...Anyhowz, i still stand a chance if i do work hard from now rite?

My New Year Eve Celebration

Wut a special day and yet i pity the workforce for having to wake up so early in the morning and crawl to work...y cant it be a public holiday where everyone could jus have fun and take a rest?!right, am talkin about myself..perhaps jess feels the same way too..haha..

Well..well...despite the working hours, i was pretty much free on that day..going on MSN to chat with my friends..wut to do? most of my colleagues are on leave...and y am i there? hehe...coz i have taken a 3 days leave for my amazing holiday to Langkawi and Penang...yupz..gota post about dat once i got the photos..

Right, back to my new year eve celebration..dis year..it wasnt dat happening like last year..but having my brother, NICO to accompany and celebrate with me...it was as great as last year...not forgetting to mention the little countdown ceremony we had in TM's house afta our luxurious dinner..Hehe...It was all fun..and feasting with my brother has neva been disappointing!

Rather, our initial plan of havin our dinner at Chinoz, Gardens had to be cancelled due to the abnormality at Gardens..Freaky enough, the mall was empty...no one was ther...if yes, it was oni a few of us....Yes, u can count the number of people in there with your fingers..And so, we headed to Mid Valley where there is at least a crowd of people warming themselves up for the upcoming countdown party dat was held at Mid Valley..

Despite so, the lonesome feeling at Gardens din stop us from having a great time at Amarin Thai Restaurant...Yupz.. Thai food was the cuisine that we chose for our New Year Eve dinner...Delicious and luxurious..lol..i guess without me explaining how great the dinner was..the pictures speak for itself yea..haha..

Of coz, all the fun and happiness i gain on that day is to be credited to my beloved brother. His companion has neva failed to bring happiness to us..and dis was one of the bonding session that i have with him everytime im back from Melbourne..

The past week and days...and even hours...was awesome and great for ME...

At least, of all the sorrow and grief i endured over the year, I was compensated with the fun and joy I had with my friends in Malaysia...

Eversince i start working, i realise that time passes really quickly..or perhaps...its the weekends that pass quickly...

When im back in Melbourne, time is something really crucial..coz it marks the date of assignments, the date of exams, the date of holidays and most importantly, the date of me returning..

Yet my return this time seems to bring me to no where...there are things that have become a fact..wic i koe...i could neva change...or not let it happen...what has happened has happened...i do envy some of my friends...but there is nothing i could do to what im facing now...

Perhaps work was the best therapy for me...i koe some of you may think that im a lil crazy...why work when im suppose to take a good rest and enjoy myself...

Maybe im just not as lucky as some of you...there are things that i've gota face...and work will help to put things aside...staying happy is jus not an easy task for me afta all...

Met some of my frens finally...and they all look so much healthier and cheerful than me..bad news..i realise my frens are gettin prettier and gorgeous..and on the other hand, i look a bit old..OUCH! that's a pain..Hmm...too much thinking going on in my head...causing me lookin older..haha..

Anywayz, meeting Him again was good although this time i feel like a stranger to him ...hopefully, things will turn beta btw us...afta all, friends are forever...

I guess happiness is all around ..but its not alwis reachable to anyone..

It all gota happen at the right time, place and most importantly, persons in order for you to feel the Love and Spirit you are given...

Long after, i finally feel myself once again...laughing and joking around with my peers and juniors...and i know...the most genuine friendship is alwis built when we are all unite together..

something wic i may neva encounter again in uni or maybe in future..

and therefore, these are the most precious moments I would treasure and remember forever...

Things may change..and friendship may be threaten...but i koe for sure...LM will stay united forever...and the spirit will go on and on...:)

The feeling of being home dis time is typically different and weird..coz..while Im feeling homey in Malaysia, i felt empty at the same time...

Where am I? Am i truly back? Or am i held back in the past?

Of coz im happy for some good news abt my friends...but how about myself?

Yes..my exams have officially ended...but it din end well and gave me a good memory abt it..

My last paper was foremost disappointing...i shall neva forget how i felt when i hand in my paper..for others, it was joy and for me, it was grief and sorrow..and regretful...

My frens: Janet, exams are over...! you koe dat?

Me: Yes, of coz i koe..and i force a bitter smile...

(To me..it doesnt make a difference...coz..i have done so badly in the exams for dis sem...dat i hav nothin to look forward to...in a months time, i shall face the punishment myself while looking at my results..haihz..its no one's fault but mine...)

I just pray that i wont fail my torts especially..just a Pass

thou i wanted to do better...

Forcing a smile when u r sad wasnt easy...mom was trying to cheer me up these few days..but i guess i jus need time to get over it...

My freshman year has thereby gone away...without me realising, my First year of uni's life has passed! so quick and so swift...4 more years to go! Long way...

Hell! its exam period now..as most of you people koe...and afta my accounting paper..i have been having thoughts of Failure...thinking dat all figures i put in are wrong...my confidence level just went down...haihz...everything im not too sure now...im so stupid in my cash flow..alrite, watever..i cant even remember the questions anymore..

And another bad luck thingy, my internet at home is gone! it just happen one day and there you go, i cant go online at home! im in the law library now! Just came out to check something for my studies...

2 papers gone and 2 papers yet to come...

I have a feeling dat i wont do well dis semester coz im just too playful...guess im influenced by my 'devils' frens...some ppl jus can hav fun and score well..but it jus doesnt work on me...

Right, time to go..just in case u guys are wondering how im doing...

Life is getting tougher for me, 1 week left and my study plan doesnt seem to work smoothly.Im not sure how long i can stand dis anymore, at times, i felt like giving up...And yesterday nite, i dreamt of my results. And it reads P-P-P-P..:( At all times, i wish dat my dreams will come true BUT certainly NOT dis dream!! If dis was my actual result, I will NEVA forgive myself for being so playful and relaxing dis sem! Haihz...last minute work has neva been fruitful...I hav no choice more but to try my best...

Last day of uni for sem 2 First Year

I'm almost ther to complete my First year studies for my double degree course in Melb Uni!

Thou its the last day of sem 2 and i already finished all my lectures and tutorials for the sem, its not END yet bcoz u koe..whenever u end a game..u must first get thru a Battle..rite, a battle with the Evil exams...haihz *shakes head*..y cant a semester jus end happily without exams?

Well, well, back to reflection of the sem..hmm..i shall say, sem 1 was more fun than sem 2 coz everything in sem 2 just happen like BOOM BOOM BOOM!! and BOOM! its the end of my classes today...so quick and swift dat i dunno wut is happening.. .

Assignments > Break > Assignments > No break> EXAMS!!

what a routine!

Yes, i will have to go thru dis Boring and Challenging routine for 5 years..erm, nope..to be exact, i hav oni 4 years left! woohoo~

Oh yea, the oni difference is that dis sem i have earned quite an amount of money from participating in research experiments and feedback session..not gona disclose the amount i've earned..to prevent ppl askin me for a treat..hehe!

And i shall say that i have found my true interest in studyin LAW and so i will work hard to improve my grades...COMMERCE, well, im doin quite fine...but i guess, my ultimate interest still lies in LAW...yupz..

Nevertheless, i learnt sth from dis sem wic is to Have Faith in Yourself and Ignore Wut Others are doing, afta all dis is your life, why care abt others?! And also, i realise, some people are nice to talk to and some people are not, coz sometimes conversations may be hurtful....(p/s: you may disagree wiv wut i think..but well..dat applies to me for now)

Rite, thats it for this sem! Farewell and im looking forward to greater experiences at uni!

Dont ask me if im excited of completing my first year studies or even dis semester coz weirdly, i have not much feelings about it...

All sorts of emotions and feelings are involved here~

Some of my frens are real excited while some of them feel sad bcoz they hav to leave the subjects and not go to lectures for the subject anymore...hmm...to me, dat feeling is interesting...

And i shall thank all my frens who had given me such a great experience at uni dis sem...known a couple of new friends dis semester and my friend circle is expanding! Good good.

But im still searching for the 'belonged and family' feel i so had with my LM Commitees back in high school..they are jus incomparable! One thing wic i missed so much afta graduating from high school!Hehe..

Till then, 1 more battle to go and im officially done!

And by then, hopefully my life will be better :)

Week 12

woosh~ hear the sound of the swiftness of time passing?! Unbelievable..

i shall say dat dis semester went by quicker than last sem...maybe bcoz we are flooded by assignments the whole entire semester..yes...until week 12...the last week of the semester...believe it or not?4 months has passed..i still feel like im in mid sem...well ..no choice...the battle is waiting for me in 2 weeks time..EVIL...haihz

Hynoptize for 3 hours straight once i finish my econs lecture today..for some unknown reasons, i was so tired and sleepy even during the lecture and then i headed home...aiks..wasted my whole aftanoon not studyin...平时读书已经比人家慢了，还要浪费时间睡觉...so sad...cant help la..too tired..

oh ya, the library has extended its hours to 3am..actually i planned to go there everynite to study since i will fall asleep at home but one thing, i went there yesterday and it was amazingly crowded..yea..all the lazy bugs have shifted their home to the library..so i came home..i guess..i wont be goin ther everynite...if i were to go, i hav to be there early to save a seat for myself..and im fussy, i cant study wiv noise..so if its too crowded and some ppl actually talk instead of study, i cant concentrate..so i decided to stay at home...Home is supposed to be the place u keep urself alone..provided dat my neighbour dun talk on the phone so loud! for Godsake!

well, my theory before hand is working...im less pressured now...i learn to ignore wut i shouldnt be listening to...and so..im working on my own pace now..not dat im working slowly and taking my own sweet time..its intensive but on my own pace and hopefully all will go smoothly...:)

Business Process Analysis or rather Accounting Information System.

Till now, the status of my assignment is still OPEN i.e. its still not processed completely. See now..im applyin my BPA knowledge to everything...

Im feeling behind of everyone each and every day and today, its the first revision day for Torts, my lecturer went thru some flow charts, yea..the concepts are familiar to me..but..if u ask me to advice u in a hypothetical situation..i basically cant provide u with anything...ppl r starting to make notes...20 days left..im really uncertain of my ability to strive once again..i have been working very hard these few days doing my assignment but not studying.

BPA is not really hard...to be honest, it was my favorite subject at the start of the semester coz it interests me and becoz I found my interest in the subject, i decided to continue with my major in accounting, despite i have been suffering in ATA...but now, the subject is delaying me from my revision process...people ard me have started studying as i have mentioned...and i koe clearly that to score a H1, i will have to put a lot of effort in it..but would time allow me to do so? seriously it will all be luck for me to get a H1 this time.

its really wrong to think this way but seeing that i hav limited time to prepare for exams, im hoping that i'd do well in my torts essay..at least i will not feel dat stress...Just re-enrolled for next year's academic subjects, i pretty much koe where im heading to..just that i guess i nid to work harder for law now since im aiming to obtain an honours for it...y honours? i din plan to have an honours degree at first but bcoz im pursuing my masters afta my degree, i needed the honours degree to enrol for the course..well well...it all comes back to me striving for my dream again..

im tired and sleepy now..3 hours of BPA in the library yet im not done..i beliv that 2moro there will b much editings to do..hopefully all can be done by 2moro and i shall really get into my revision studies...

Mom is not back from overseas yet...i hav no one to talk to...:(

Anywayz, Im motivating myself to work hard now...will definitely do my best coz dis sem its suppose to be a revenge for the exams!

Im getting pissed as day goes by...its not anyone's fault...coz guess wat?! im so pissed of MYSELF!! y am i pissed? becoz i cant study and im locked with my BPA assignment wic is due next monday! Imagine dis week is oredi week 11 and next week is week 12- the last week of my semester...how much time do i hav left to study? merely 2 weeks and bare in mind dat i hav no firm knowledge for any of my subjects...DIE...one word describes it all..haiyo...my mood till now is like still floating ard..cant stay still..i tot the force in me is back but then it disappear to no where now!! seeing my frens studyin and revising all so hardworking, i duno wut can i do to force myself to study...apparently, i hav no more mood to do my assignmt and wanted so dearly to start revision...but can i? i cant!

Haihz...haihz...haihz....at dis time, no one will even care abt wut u type!

who cares?! NO ONE! coz they are all burying themselves under their books..wic i shud b doin the same too!

so sad...mom is so gona nag me for not starting my revision early again...and if my results aint good dis time, i can jus blame myself for it...

Thinking back to the past...May was my very first friend in Trinity College...we knew each other during the briefing session in Malaysia and planned to do our registration at the college together by contacting each other online..God knows why its so hard to get ur internet connected when u first arrived in Melbourne and coincidently, we met each other at the city! and ther you go...our friendship grew...from camp to college and now to Uni!...thou just a year...lots of things have happened between us...and of coz our friendship has blossomed too...

Before the clock strikes 12am again, i shall take the opportunity of these very last minutes to send my warmest regards and best wishes to Beh Siew Ying~ a very caring and close fren of mine in Melbourne, thou blurrish at times...hehe :)

It's back!!

Yes...the thing im looking for in me is back! Dont ask me what it is...jus some inner happiness i guess...i have been feeling happy and relax dis few days despite the hectic load of assignments...not dat im free of stress...exams are near and its the time of the year where u work urself in full force...it would be sufferings for me later...but at least, now am feeling happy...good things seem to happen...am not sure y i suddenly felt happiness once again...maybe i have let go of the past and accept the reality that im now belonged to Melbourne...i am partially a Melbournian?...well...dont misunderstand me...i will alwis be a Malaysian...Malaysia is still my warmy home...just dat i have learn how to live in this foreign place...and perhaps...the good news i received from my frens have made me happy! yea..many of my frens enjoyed their lives in UK...and i ask myself..y am i sad?...so i guess dat tells...there is no reason for me to be sad since i have my great companions and friends over here...there are stages in ur lives and u just cant stop at that stage and refuse to move on...人总是要往前望...as the petronas national day advertisement says: 'Jalan mesti ke depan dan bukan ke belakang'...My future is bright and i should never dwell in the past again...NO MORE EMO PLZ!! coz janet wans to be happy!

oh well, several good news from my pals: sue faye is doin well in Ireland with her great seniors and friends and 'black devil' tien meng just strike an unbelievable "A" in his exam!! nothing really can beat a devil huh?!congrats!!

And yesterday, i went out for a meet up with steph and ai ming. Steph is in Monash..so our plan was to meet once every month BUT eversince we are back in July, we are all hit by assignments and were all SOO busy..till yesterday, we finally hang out together before all the sorrow and stress in exam preparation haunts us again..hees...we met up for lunch at Stalactites, an authentic Greek cuisine restaurant..woosh!..great food man..but we chose to have a light lunch coz 好戏在后头, we need to keep some space in our stomach for some great delicacies later...hehe...

We din head there straight away afta lunch , coz thou its a light lunch, we seemed to be feeling quite full..so, guess wut? we went SHOPPING!! haha...poor steph, ai ming and i kept on trying on clothes in Esprit..well thats the only branded place i will shop in Melb coz i have discount card and discount vouchers there..and so, me and ai ming each got some new clothes! woohoo!

Then, it was the greatest enjoyment of the day! we went to Max Brenner's for tea!..haven got the pics from ai ming...but will post them later...the chocolate indulgence was so great such that we felt like we were in Chocolate Heaven! haha....that's it for now! Janet is working hard...neva 偷懒..well i think everyone is studyin hard now...hehe :)

Farewell My Dear

As i have mentioned in my previous post, today my very best friend, Sue Faye is leaving to Ireland ( a land far far away from me...*sob sob*)to further her studies in medicine..and the sad thing is dat she wont be returning in December to spend her holidays in Malaysia...cant help it since she has only 2 weeks of holidays overther...but anyway:

dear sue faye, i wish u all the best in ur studies n future undertakings and hope that u will have a great experience studyin overther in Ireland...n of coz find a hot guy to be ur bf ...LOL!

looking back..i cant believe dat we have actually known each other for 13 years...since standard 1 in Kuen Cheng and then Catholic and then all the fun time we had together during the holidays..along the journey, of coz there is unhappiness in it..but in the end, we have came to be the Best of Best Frens in the world..and i hope that our friendship will remain the same no matter where we are and how we are in future coz all this while we have grown up together and there is no reason for this friendship to not last forever...agree?...hehe...

I will neva forget all the great moments that we had had together and i look forward to meeting you again next year in June coz u and i koe dat its so gonna be a blast of fun when u and I reunite again...hehe

so have a pleasant flight and keep in touch yea! Do wut u nid to do when u settle down in Ireland! first of first, SMS me and inform me of ur contacts! Shouldnt be too worry abt u in Ireland since u are alwis the independent 'dai ka che' who neva fails to manage things on ur own...hehe..

Haihz..*shakes head*..so quick..its my last day of holiday oredi...2 weeks..zoom...n there u go..its back to uni time...n dis is wut i feared most..bcoz..dis time its different..i hav 4 more weeks of uni n guess wut?! BOOM! Exam is back to haunt me again..yup..my exam timetable is out..so sad la...i oni hav a few days btw BPA and TORTS..a real challenge for me to study for both of them..but dats not the point for now..im more concern of how am i gona cope wiv all the revisions and studies in 4 weeks..i said dat i wana catch up on Torts and ATA dis holz..but in the end..wut did i do? NOTHING!!...i hav 3 assignmts waving at me now...Macro is done in a hahaz mode..n so i nid to double check it..n ATA is hell...plus BPA is not as appealing to me anymore..i get confused! Sigh..nid to get back to my study mode oredi...cant PLAY PLAY oredi...No joke..its time to settle down and kick some ass..last sem i din do dat well ...n dis sem..its suppose to be a revenge .. can i do it??...well, i will try my best...2moro its gona be EMO day..coz my darling sue faye will be leaving for Ireland...am suppose to be happy for her..but...when i think of her leaving me...i jus cant help feeling sad..oh yea, the special calender i made for her has arrived in Malaysia safely...n its gona accompany sue faye to Ireland...woohoo~

Mooncake Festival My Day

Many things have happened in the week..and i haven got the time to blog on....not all happy of coz..at times, i was down..but i guess..this is all about life...i gota really learn how to cope wiv my feelings and think positively at all times..or perhaps..do it like wut yz told me...dun think too much..becoz its of no point...im really grateful to my royal family..coz whenever im sad, they are the ones that cheer me up or perhaps make me feel better...this is why, there is alwis a reason for me to love my royal family...no matter how...

rite, back to the mooncake festival celebration..dis year am not lonely coz we had a mini celebration at palmerston house and i invited kim chew along to join us (Me, Jess, Shan, Yee, Ai Ming and Ivan)...at first kim chew was quite shy to join us..but in the end, i guessed he did enjoy himself...like wut we do normally at home, we lit up lanterns posted way back from msia by Jess's mom (thank u!) and decorate the house compound..but becoz our candles are too short..so hehe..the lantern light went off pretty quickly....at least..it lasted long enuf for us to snap some pics...and then we all prepared some food..besides mooncakes, we had ondeh-ondeh (malay kuih)，糖水and 汤圆(my suggestion! feel like eating dat...) and we had a really nice mango fruit mooncake bot by Ivan.

And so, on that nite, 'I' (haha) - THE MOON of coz shone brightly in the sky...welcoming the celebration of the festival and i felt so happy looking at it..and was pretty excited the whole nite...dats y they think dat im a lil crazy and high on that nite..wut do u expect..its my day wert..sure mus feel happy la..LOL!
